Too many issues

i have problems every day with the remote not responding. i always have to go unolug the tv and plug it back in to work. this happens with tv remitted and the cable box remote. also if sometimes it doesnt even recognize the device plugged into the hdmi ports. it is so frustrating. i bought this at christmas, updated the software several times, and still have these issues. i night this samsung because i had such a good experience with my first, but this has been horrible.

Chuck: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. I am glad to hear that you have already updated your software to the latest version. In addition to that, you may want to the self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. To troubleshoot your HDMI connection, please try the following: 1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV 2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV 3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet 4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds 5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV 6) Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV. I love the picture so clear and precised

This product has great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is amazing. It looks way bigger in my room and I love that. The quality is crystal clear, and it has all My favorite streaming apps. I have a PS4 and when turned on the tv automatically goes in to game mode which I love. I use a lot of its features like screen mirroring, power saving, it's streaming services and my favorite picture off. Overall I have no complaints about this product its amazing.

Great Quality and Great Reliability

For this particular Tv, despite not being one of their newer releases, it has provided an amazing quality in Image and Sound. I cannot demand anything more. The overall the physical and technological structure of this TU7000 series is splendid.

Great TV, bad remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly use my TV for relaxing, streaming some videos, or catching up on a series. The pic is excellent, and also all the features. The remote is hard to navigate, especially in low light. I almost always hit the wrong button and usually its the return button. I really didn't find anything new and interesting apps to download either. P

Slow, only reliable somtimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV, the overall quality is good. But there are times when the software is so slow and I have to wait 10 seconds (or more) for the system to catch up before I can hit another button on the remote. I have also had problems with the picture flashing or not showing colors properly during bright scenes. It also bothers me that some applications are not available on the version of Tizen that works on this model. The most up-to-date software should be available.

ST73628: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are experiencing some delayed response when using your remote. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Amazing picture

This is TV is Ok

Im an avid supporter of Samsung electronics. I was disappointed to see that this TV has Apple air play built in but no chrome cast feature.

Samsung still leads the TV Game!

Not only do I stream from my phone to my television but I am able to do two things at once although I have a Chromecast hooked to the television I really have to use it it works so well and seamlessly with my S22 Ultra and my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic . I also love that when I bring my gallery up in the home menu to look at my pictures from my phone they look absolutely amazing! I love Samsung!

Great picture and easy to use
