we bought this tv thinking it would be an upgrade from our older 65” samsung. however, it was no better and image was the same. honestly, not overly impressed for it being an upgrade from our last model. works fine, just doesn't seem to be better quality.

I am not 100% satisfied with the look of the darker colors. I can really see the pixels which black scenes. It makes me think I should have went with and QLED TV. In just did not want to sacrifice too much size when balancing the price, and quality. I believe over all I made a great purchase and it is an overall great product. 8.5/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice tv. It's in my living room and I mainly use it for gaming with my ps4 but also stream my cable app on it. Has a good picture quality for the price. Have had connection issues with the wifi but not too bad of a concern.

This TV is a replacement for a 15 year old 32" Sony so the bar wasn't real high. Still, I have been impressed with the motion rate and clarity of picture. Set up was fairly easy, just make sure you have two people even if you are using the stand provided. My only complaint is really more like a nuisance. Adding apps is cumbersome and the remote is not the same as my other Samsung TV remote so the home button and arrow keys are hard to find in the dark. really could use a back light on the remote! My fear is that it will be good for just long enough for me to happy with it and relax. Then the green bars and washout I've read about will happen. Until then- hopefully not- I'm happy.

We enjoy the crisp stills and pictures streamed and how much the characters are defined on the screen. We also have Samsung phones and enjoy the ease of use between our phones, the casting apps and Google to watch the shows we like to watch with such ease in capabilities. The only issue is that for hockey, there are small smudges on the screen in the white ice. But all other sports when there are 4K broadcast for the Firestick, I am very satisfied.

This is my first 4K TV and I have not been disappointed yet. All the colors and definition are deep and sharp. The detail especially during gaming sessions is particularly amazing. For the foreseeable future, Samsung will be my go to TV product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this primarily for streaming. The picture is great, I love it! But, I can't stand the Tizen UI. I get what they are trying to accomplish - to give a cable box kind of feel to the experience. I used one of the first Apple TVs, then moved to Roku. I only want a list of apps when I turn on the tv -- I don't want other stuff to be on the screen - i.e, No tv shows in the background from Samsung's free streaming service when I turn on the TV. And many of the preinstalled apps on Tizen you can't delete. So, you end up having apps you don't use, and you can't hide them - you can only lock them. At least the above is as far as I have been able to get with the UI until I gave up. In summary, I love the picture, it's sometimes a little too life-like! But for a streaming platform, the OS leaves much to be desired if you have preferences like me. I still rely on my Roku.
