Good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV to watch movies and sports. I also stream movies from apps such as Netflix, hbomax and Hulu. It has a good picture but it could be a little brighter without having to turn the brightness up.

Got it on sale. Best TV I ever had.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This particular TV has everything I needed for entertainment. A lot of inputs to the TV makes it easy to connect different gaming consoles and my portable hard drive was recognized right away. Very much recommended.

Nice Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the samsung tv for a few weeks I really do find the picture to be vibrant. It has great features and a nice interface. The sound quality is good and the smart part of the tv is handy. I do have to say that I'm bummed it only comes with 2 HDMI ports... and the control buttons on the bottom of the TV are horrible. There should be a dedicated Power button atleast. There is only one button and it's difficult to figure out. The Smart TV feature is great however very laggy. I actually ended up plugging in my ROKU since it was much faster. It does work so you can use it but I was just used to the faster speed. I have used the Samsung TV Plus app on this TV. Its pretty neat as it has a ton of free channels. Netflix and youtube Tv are also plusses on this TV. The remote is your typical remote no fancy bells or whistles just easy to use and straight forward. Overall a great TV with a few minor things I wish could be different.

Best overall TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main use of my TV is for my bedroom. Everyone in my house seems to migrate their way to my room just to watch my Samsung. The speed on it is excellent. The picture quality is perfect. I will forever remain a Samsung owner!

Review of 82" Smart TV

We basically use the TV for streaming, watching movies, Chrome-casting, voice features w/Bixby, and multiple devices use. We love the large screen which helps me to see content because I am BLIND in 1 eye.

Hopefully 3rd one is the charm!

Great picture/Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for satellite and streaming. We love to watch sports and it has a great picture for football and baseball. The only thing we don't like is the mute notification that shows up every few seconds if muted. We just keep it volume 1 so we don't have to look at it.

Amazing picture quality

Rather Disappointed

I'm rather disappointed in this Samsung model. I researched for months and thought this was exactly what I was looking for; but the screen is dark and colors do not pop at all like advertised. Others have commented about the same thing while watching my tv. Ironically, I got rid of my last tv because it had become so pixelated in dark scenes that I could not see anything. I was really looking forward to bright, crisp colors. I have also had a few incidents where the audio and video did not match up.

Hi Dziner99, Thank you for letting us know that you are not satisfied with the brightness of your TU7000 TV. I have a few recommendations which may improve your visual experience. First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, if your TV's colors are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Next, if your audio and video are not syncing up, it could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay.
