Don't buy this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a mind of its own! It changes channels on a whim. Sometimes it won't power up and I have to unplug to restart. The picture is clear but that's the only positive. The remote is way to many unnecessary buttons and the set up is confusing. Not user friendly. I've had TV for 2 months and am returning

Next, if this does not resolve the issue, please try resetting your TV's Smart Hub, as this should resolve the power-off issue. all around great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My crystal UHD TV has crisp vivid color, a rich symphony of sound and works just as good for gaming as it does for screening movies. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with an electronic purchase than I am with my 43" crystal UHD HDR smart TV

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed at the instructions a bit confusing for example how do you delete apps you don't want & setting up my local channel antenna. Wish I had bout a larger tv as well. Remote is a bit confusing to use. As well.

First, to delete Apps, press the Home button> scroll to the App you want to delete> long hold the enter button> press Delete. Next, to set up your local channel antenna, please follow the instructions on the external antenna to attach it to your Samsung TV. Once installed: 1) Press the Source button on your remote and choose TV. 2) Then press the Settings button on your Remote. 3) Select Broadcasting, and then select Auto Program. 4) Select Start to begin auto-programming and select either Air, Cable, or Both. - Select Air if you are using an antenna only. - Select Cable if you are using a cable box only. - Select Both if you are using an antenna and a cable box. You will get the most channels this way. 5) Your TV will begin to scan for channels. After it's done, select Close to finish. Besutiful picture, easy to hook and setup.

Our DVD player is hooked up to it & the movie cd's are excellent viewing. We also enjoyed watching the 2020 summer Olympics. Fantastic & excellent viewing.

Loved it while it worked

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

Vlin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) - Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. - Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. - The TV will install the update and then restart. - Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. Samsung 55”

He recently had cataract surgery and on the day he came home, he said “I can see!!” That was a great feeling!

Great TV- terrible remote design

tv looks great… awesome quality. 4k is great sound is also good! set up was not smooth, im very tech savvy and this was not terrible bit not very easy either. cant imagine i someone who may not be tech savvy doing this. the main dissapointment is the remote. terrible!! should be a back light feature. the navigation buttons for apps and chanells are at the bottom- maybe be better on top or mid section and oh yes.. ki d of hard to use it when you cant see!

Love the picture!

I didn't think it was possible to get a better picture than what we had on the 65" inch, but I was wrong. Nature shows feel like you are in the middle of everything! The colors are vibrant and the pictures are sharper than anything I seen anywhere else. You can't go wrong with a Samsung!

My TV Experience

Only thing I wish for is that it would have HDMI 2.1 support and also 120hrtz option for my playstation 5 console. Other than that this an excellent TV to enjoy at a great cost.

Enjoy our Samsung TV

We watch satellite tv, we stream from many different outlets, we have attached a VCR/dvd player to go ‘old school' to view old family tapes. Also watch a movie from time to time.
