This very smart television is easy to set up, offers great picture quality, AND comes with Samsung TV Plus. My apps I use frequently to view paid television were already loaded or easy to add. had the tv for about a week and ever since i turned it on the control-tv response is extremely slow. i hate the remote control. i've had 3 other samsung tv with the small control that i love, and got this 2020 uhd with a classic style remote control. very disappointed. the tv has turned itself on a few times already, and i read its happened to other people too. so this is real problem.

i purchased this tv about a month ago after my tv (also a samsung) died. i selected this model as the picture is crisp and vibrant. the reason i rated only 3 stars is because there is s few glitches. the first one is a frozen screen. i have to back out entirely and reselect the movie or show i was watching. the second glitch happens when i rewind. if i need to rewind close to the beginning of a show or movie, it stops rewinding and starts a different show or movie from the next suggested one. i also wish that the remote was backlit. if i watch in bed with my lights out, i have trouble seeing the keys resulting in numerous oops moments. aside from the lighted remote suggestion, i hope that the software glitches are worked out soon. if not i may need to return this one.

It has a fast crystal processor and has fantastic LED lighting The image is colorful and crisp and it's so vivid and elegant You can see it easily from any angle with no problems whatsoever. It's really easy to assemble right out of the box for whatever style suits your needs. You can wall mount it or stand it up with the included stands. It has 2 HDMI inputs so you can hookup your favorite device. I'm using this TV mainly for gaming and I have not been disappointed. It's got a great feature called game mode that enables once you power on your game console of choice. You get smooth running 120 hertz motion technology while this mode is on so you don't get horrible input lag while your getting your best game on. Another thing I want to mention is how clear and loud the sound is on this TV. I only clicked the volume button a few times and the sound filled the entire room. I can only imagine how cool the sound is paired with a Samsung soundbar which I plan to get as soon as my budget allows it. If you want a great TV that's not going to break the bank definitely pick this up you won't regret it. Samsung makes great quality products and it shows.

It has simple TV for free as well as netflix, youtube, apple tv, and internet options too. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a affordable tv with great features.

It's quite nice to be able to control it with my Samsung phone. And it was able to use my phone to connect to the Wi-Fi seamlessly. I have been very busy with my purchase.

We also have our ring camera programmed to it so we can easily see who is at the door. The TV is not waterproof but it is easy to bring in each nice...so pleased with out purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our primary TV for our family room. Previously we had a nice Sony Bravida 55" TV there which we loved. Lightening got it unfortunately so after some research we replaced it with this Samsung model. Obviously it is a larger screen but the picture quality is also better with richer colors and of course more smart TV features. We love it.
