Great Big Screen 4K UHD TV at Great Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using Samsung TU700D Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) since Feb 2020. It's been 2.5 Years now, no issues reported... smart tv feature used daily and find it really smart choice at that price that time. Only improvement could be Voice search and pointed typing in the remote could have enhanced our joy.

Beautiful inside and out

The presets that are set for different types of dynamic or natural look looks really wonderful well done Samsung.

Best overall TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main use of my TV is for my bedroom. Everyone in my house seems to migrate their way to my room just to watch my Samsung. The speed on it is excellent. The picture quality is perfect. I will forever remain a Samsung owner!

Tv is ok, remote is a challenge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the overall tv for the price is tine. sound isn't great but not bad. the challenges are the remote control is a problem. and it does not integrate well with my cable (fios) so when you hit the guide, no information is given. and if you have any glare, forget it. you can not see anything. and it wil not allow you to change the size of your picture (no zoom etc). what you see is it and it will not change. again for the proce it is fine, but far from ideal.

Clay: I’m sorry for the difficulties with your TV remote. We understand your frustrations, and are here to help. Please know, With Anynet+, you can control external devices that are connected to your TV with HDMI using your TV remote. To turn on Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). If your cable box does not support HDMI-CEC, you will not be able to use Anynet+. Additionally, you can use the Universal Remote feature to program your connected devices using your TV remote by following these set-up steps: 1) Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote. 2) Press the Home button on your TV remote to access the Home Screen. Using the directional pad on the remote, navigate to Source. When the selector is placed over Source, the Source menu will appear. Press UP on the directional pad to access Universal Remote. 3) Select Universal Remote on the Source screen. Next, select Start and make sure the device you want to connect is turned on. When your desired device displays, select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and register the device. The instructions may vary, depending on the device type selected. 4) Your TV and the remote will memorize the external device and its connection port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) to make controlling everything even easier. Great picture and features

The apps that are preinstalled seen to be some of the more popular ones. It was very easy to set up and connect to the internet . So far extremely happy with this tv.

We enjoy it so much we have 2 in the house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family uses the TV mainly for streaming services. Our 6 y.o. children have been able to learn the layout of the TV quickly and efficiently. I also have enjoyed the smart view feature. It was easy to set up and I like to use this option when watching live videos on Facebook. We enjoy the sleek look of the TV. The edging of the TV is very slender and modern looking. Another small detail we enjoy is the size of the remote. It's not too small to the point your always misplacing it or losing it in the couch, but it's also not so large that its obnoxious or hard to hold. The size of the remote is perfect!

Great tv ...But

this tv is great as far as what im able to view ..graphics and things like that but the tv itself at tikes can just be irritating. i noticed if im gone for too long it will unconnect from the wifi and i have to unplug the tv for it to connect again and i know its not my wifi. its getting to the point where every single time i come home i have to unplug to tv and plug it back in for it to work and im over it , its only been three months that ive had it . ive also noticed the picture is a but grainy at times when i turn it on and so again i have to fo and unplug the tv for a clear picture. my tv is only a couple steps away but for the money my boyfriend paid for this tv we expect it to work properly.

You may want to go through these steps to check your connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Loving my new Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is being able to directly cast from my phone or ipad to the TV. Super simple to set up and use. Additionally, all the apps are easy to access and the remote is pretty intuitive when you try and navigate each one. I am contected directly with an ethernet cable to my router so there have been zero issues with my connection. Color is great as well. Only regret is that I didn't go BIGGER!!

Best TV's ever

Had this Samsung for 3 years now and I love it. Have another Samsung TV (UN50EH5000V) that is 12 years old and still works like new. Had other brands that have not even lasted 3-4 months. Which lead me back to Samsung. When you buy Samsung TV's it is more than a brand and name you pay for, but quality and durability to literally last you a decade. I won't buy any other brand again as in my experience I only waste my money when I do.

Major upgrade

I love having Netflix and Prime Video a single click away. I have always bought Samsung products, and will continue to do so.
