Great picture quality, terrible UI

the features are great. the picture quality, design, it builds up to everything it promises...except the user interface. it's a true pain and is one of the most worst interfaces i've ever dealt with. searching up apps and tv shows is a real pain because of the built in keyboard, so i find myself looking through apps and the universal guide. but sometimes even the apps are a pain in themselves. overall, i do really think it's a great tv and lives up to everything it promisies (except the ui of course). if this gets fixed i'll bring it back up to a 5, but if this isn't getting fixed anytime soon it's staying here. overall, it's a really great experience, has a lot of features, blends in with google & alexa, and holds up it's value well.

Samsung is always Worth It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The face that you get a huge 4k crystal clear TV that also has a smart menu that allows you to down apps and also connect your Samsung phone to the TV very easy.. The web browser is probably the best thing about this TV let me say that again.. It's amazing

Great value killer screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv was reasonably priced. As always, Samsung hit home with the screen and bright picture. Had it now for over a year. Love it. Truly only issue is hdr is too dark at times. Samsung has tried to fix it by few updates which helped. Hopefully they do fix it. Cuz then it'll be 10 out of 10!

This tv has great clarity and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has always been apart of the Samsung tv community. When my flat screen tv (Different brand) gave me the black screen after only having it for 3 years I decided to switch brands and give Samsung a go. I am 100% happy with this purchase. The amount of apps I can use on the tv makes it so much more accessible. Even the clarity when using the apps does not feel like streaming at all, it feels like I'm watching directly from a cable box. I love that I can turn on my Xbox from the tv. The flow of the tv is even great, I enjoy my product down to the remote. I can surely say I will be staying with Samsung for future tv purchases as well and hopefully other tech products as well.

The picture is excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use my TV for strictly watching Netflix 99% of the time. Picture quality is important and I've got to stay this is the BEST I've ever seen. My son and I also have to wear glasses but unlike others while watching this TV we don't have to use them it doesn't hurt our keys. This is my first smart TV purchase and I will forever stay with this! It's amazing!

Looks greats but has some issues.

i've had my tv for about a month now. good- picture quality is great, easy to figure out and use, wide range of apps available to download. bad -within first 3 days tv wouldnt pick up wifi signal so i had to reboot entire tv (re-sign-in to all apps) just to reconnect. hasnt happened since. -hdr constantly malfunctions while playing playstation 4 video games (picture becomes extremely sharp impossible to even see whats going on), - tv sometimes has hard time picking up hdmi signals (sometimes have to turn my cable box on and off to get the tv to pick up the signal) -randomly switches between apps when first starting up (will open youtube & quickly switch to another app before finally going to the app i selected on the control)

A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Good tv but lags

My other tv was a different/ cheaper brand but it says not to say other brands in this so I won't but I'll probably not buy another Samsung tv in the future, I like Samsung products but this one was a bit of a letdown

Great Picture Quality

Dumb smart TV

highly agitating! there are apps that are on the home screen that i dont want to see, deleting them is not an option. there are apps that i like to have first on the home screen, tv makes it highly difficult to move apps around, you're left wearing out the remote. there are apps such as a cbn news that are not available at all. when scrolling the home app using the remote sometimes the remote keeps going, apps you don't want. plugged a mouse into one of the usb ports, it was like i didn't do anything. went to settings to move the apps there, but the home screen had no difference. i don't like how it opens up on the samsung tv and sometimes it plays inappropriate stuff like people having sex. we bought this tv so our family could enjoy wholesome movies.
