Samsung Crystal 7series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the most crystal clear pictures I could ask for, especially for the price. Love the features, quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. “Screen Mirror” function has a quick, efficient, and beautiful picture. No lag. I especially enjoy the “Game Mode”. It's very immersive plus the Samsung soundbar I got as well keeps me excited for every game. Very easy to set up with other Samsung products to enhance your viewing and gaming experience. All the experience of a movie theater with the comfort of your own home.

Easy setup and operation

The picture is excellent and the price was completely within our budget. I highly recommend this television!

Great price and actually vivid smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV for the price, size, crystal clear picture, smart capabilities, easy to use and connects easily to my Samsung phone and other electronics via wifi. I do have a couple complaints though, most importantly that some smart apps occasionally do not open and I have to cycle/turn off and restart the entire TV to get the apps to work, especially Hulu and Apple plus. The other odd issue I have is that I can't ever try to update the TV! It gives me an error. It's frustrating. Also sometimes the sound just goes off and I have to restart the TV too. But that's rare.

Perfect TV for Master Bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy smart TV with crisp and clean image. It's perfect for a bedroom TV because it seems as large as the big screen in our family room in the smaller room. The images are so good I don't need my glasses to watch TV anymore!

Amazing picture clarity and depth of black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV about a year ago and I was really surprised when I got at home. Definitely became a centerpiece in the living room and I absolutely loved the clarity. The great thing about Samsung is that no matter how much you pay for the television you're going to get a high quality picture. Over the last couple of years I've completely kissed all of my Bravia products goodbye and welcomed Samsung into my home.

Bought my first Samsung TV!

This product is alright..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am rating this product as 3 stars because, I haven't even had my tv for a year and it has already gone out. Supposedly it has a malfunction that many users have where the screen goes black and wont turn back on. I love Samsung but, the tv was a disappointment.. The worst part is that I will be out a tv for at least a month waiting on a replacement.

In the meantime, if you have not already, please try the below troubleshooting steps to possibly resolve the issue. 1. Press the Home button on the remote. If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In everyday use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power). 2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After you've reconnected the external device, could you turn it off and back on? 3. Test the HDMI cable. Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. True Smart Tv

I love that I can have all my apps within the tv without having to attach extra devices. I can even search the internet and I certainly love the screen size and the colors are awesome!

Great picture

It's Alright

I bought the TV a few months ago, figured I'd wait a while to review so I could get a proper feel of this TV. The quality of this tv is great for the most part, but it's slow. For apps to open it could take almost a whole 3 minutes to load, I had a cruddy tv before this one, it was so much quicker and would never take more than 40 seconds to load an app. I'm actually quite upset that I'm stuck with this tv now. I'll be getting an LG tv next time.
