No problems or issues

i wanted a large tv as my eyesight has gotten fuzzy over the years. the price and the brand were my deciding factors. hanging the tv on the wall opened a ton of space in my living room compared to my old entertainment stand. the picture and sound quality are nice. i use the fiber optic audio with my home stereo system and enjoy theater quality veiwing. samsung made a great product and i am happy to have gotten it.

All around great! Except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV for just about everything. I stream Netflix, HBO MAX, Amazon on it. On occasion, I also play video games on it. It's great! Except, I notice that the TV has trouble between different shades of black. For example, in a dark movie scene the TV will become very pixelated with different shades of black. The TV has trouble with shades of black.

Great Picture Quality

It's been a long time since I've purchased a tv, so this was a huge upgrade compared to my previous one. Everything about this tv I love. The quality, the sound and the different features it has. For the price that I paid for, I would not hesitate to purchase again. The price is fair for the quality of the tv.

Samsung TV I purchased has a great picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So for my Samsung TV has met all my expectations, plus more, the smart part is great gives me a lot of options that are great and gives me access to a lot of channel options that are not accessible without the smart part. Would highly recommended the Samsung smart TV.

Best TVs on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third Samsung television and we will not buy anything else. The quality of these televisions are outstanding. We are currently in the market for a larger television and will not consider another brand. Our first Samsung was a 50" 3D Plasma which we still have!

So/so

Cost about the same and somehow has worse specs than my one-year-old 49” Samsung that no longer turns on. Maybe the loss in performance will be made up in durability. Older style remote was a bit of a surprise and loss in voice control was a bummer for my young children

Beautiful picture and perfect size!

The video games always look magnificent when we play on there and it's got great volume control as well. The features are great and really allow you to change the settings to adjust for your eyes and ears so it really feels like it's made for you.

Great quality picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was skeptical because i wasn't able to brighten the screen at night. I had to YouTube and Google how to fix the TV settings because the basic settings when wanting to adjust the brightness by itself wasn't helping. Once I figured out the problem, my TV now works just fine and can now watch both in the day and night time. Overall, great quality TV and great price.

65 inch crystal uhd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my purchase of my Crystal uhd tv. Not a top of the line model but I feel the picture quality is real good. Especially for the cost of this 65 inch tv. I'm using the tv mostly for streaming tv shows and movies where my brother has hooked up some gaming systems. All have looked great. Recently found out how easy it was to cast from my phone to the tv.

HDMI Headaches

i purchased this tv specifically to connect to a laptop computer via hdmi. i have been using it for only about two weeks and have spent hours troubleshooting the hdmi connection. i foolishly passed up another tv brand for samsung because i thought i was getting a higher quality product. if the tv wasn't so difficult to box up and return to the store, i would have returned it within hours of purchasing the tv. since samsung obviously knows that the software is bad, i cannot believe they kept selling this model. i will never purchase another samsung product after this experience.

To connect your TV to a laptop, connect an HDMI cable (with an adapter, if necessary) into your computer, and connect the other end into the desired HDMI IN port on the TV. Make sure the cable is properly attached. Then, use the remote to navigate to Home, and then select Source. From there, select the PC as the video source.
