[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has some of the best pictures quality I've seen on any TV at this price point and is pleasant looking with its thin bezels and nice design. The ui on it is intuitive and easy to use but can be sluggish sometimes and laggy. Other than that this TV is definitely a recommended buy from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this TV with all of it's features and apps. I gave the TV four star because I had some issues downloading apps that the TV had already preprogrammed in it. I had to call to get this fixed which with a new TV I feel this shouldn't have been the case. Next, I don't like that you can't delete apps that you won't be use to free up space. Then the TV freezes up at times, and takes long to come on. Fix these minor issues and I'll come back to change my review to five stars.

this tv is horrible, within an hour and a half it has powered off at random 5 times thus far, ive had a service ticket on it about 3 weeks ago for the exact same thing, they replaced the circuit boards but still same problem....samsung should stick to phones, any other samsung product ive ever purchased hasnt even been worth recycle value at the dump

i currently have this tv mounted in the master bedroom. the picture quality is great. sound quality for the space is phenomenal. i have zero complaints for this product only thing i would change is updating from the old "clunky" samsung remote. 10/10 would recommend

even after reading the concerning reviews, i decided to move forward with this purchase because of my past, positive experiences with samsung products... a bad call on my part. 4 months after purchasing and something goes wrong with the display. i can't see a thing on the screen with the very dim lighting. adjusting the brightness did nothing at all. i had noticed other glitches in the 4 months prior, but chalked it up to an unstable wi-fi connection (which was not the case). i guess that was foreshadowing glitches to come.

The fact that the TV meshes so easily with my service provider is a plus that I was not expecting, but am grateful for.

It is just using the WIFi feature and you would swear that it was hooked up to cable because the picture is just as clear or better than being hooked to cable. I don't have a paid stream service. There are plenty of free streams you can watch and I have Peacock because I do have cable. I also use it sometimes to get on Facebook. I have a cordless mouse and keyboard for it which makes it easy to use the internet. It really is a great TV.

my wife got this for me for christmas and this is a great gift to get i highly recommend this product has great picture so clear and the colors are bright its perfect amot better then my 15 year old plasma i bought a samsung sound bar to go with it i am not to impressed with sound bar the sound bar just shuts off for no reason but it has nothing to do with the tv so cant give a negative review on the tv

Samsung includes its own TV channels for free. Easy to load Apps and include other channels. Very intuitive to figure out how to navigate and select features. Color is great and picture is super-clear! Peripherals are easy to setup and attach. Sound is great and when I run it through my sound system it is greatly enhanced.

The picture quality of this TV is fantastic! All the colors are beyond sharp and clear! The gaming mode is also a nice feature when it comes time to get in some gaming. The colors are again sharp and clear! The TV's stock speaker set up is quite nice, and like the colors on the screen, the sound is nice and clear. Overall, very happy with this TV!
