[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung tv is awesome! It's a perfect size for my daughters room!I hung it up on her wall and it was nice and easy to hook up. The tv is lightweight. I Love the sound, the picture quality is absolutely phenomenal! So crisp!everything is easily adjustable. I love the built in apps makes it easy for her to watch tv. Great tv!

This is the first Samsung product that I am disappointed with. Like others have reported, the dark scenes are too dark to view. I have the brightess set to the max, and I turned off the automatic brightness adjustment based on the room's ambient light level. Unfortunately, the TV still attempts to adjust the brightness for dark scenes. You can easily see the TV adjusting the brighness (actually making it darker) when the screen quickly transitions from a bright to dark scene. Based on reading previous reviews, this problem has been reported for over three years. The TV has the latest firmware installed, so it is clear that Samsung is unwilling to fix this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Smart TV for streaming everything that is available, which is a lot! The options and available apps to use are remarkable. The Samsung TV Plus channels are great. The picture quality is exactly as advertised. If 30 years ago I was told this is what TV would evolve into I wouldn't have believed that it would happen in my lifetime.

unlike a few other led backlit tvs, this samsung tv dims the entire areas of screen with a broader than required dimming. that makes the dark scenes a bit too dark, with the few lit areas in the screen also being dimmed. no good. next, the tv's smart meny feature sucks. i have roku for streaming, and this tv's ‘landing page' is the default one when turned on. to get rid of it, you have to press exit every single time. there is no option not to display the smart meny screen upon power on. sucks, samsung. did you get that? convey this to your software team. make the smart menu not default. people with their own streaming devices dont want to be bothered to find the tv remote every time to press exit. same foes for wifi connectivity. stop forcing customers to make the tv connect to wifi.

This 43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) has an high quality picture, has a sensor that automatically adjust the brightness,easy set-up, you can turn on the TV speaker and Bluetooth device at the same time, has sign language zoom and so much more. My grandchildren and myself are very pleased with our new 43" Class TU7000 Crystal 4K Smart TV. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new television, i would tell them to purchase this one. It has our seal of approval.

I was relieved. The TV is really beautiful looking and very sleek. So back to set up, it's easy and the TV walks you thru everything. The picture quality is terrific, way better than my other TV. I would highly recommend the Samsung to anyone. The Samsung products I have used have always been great. I have no complaints at all. Great value and quality. The sound quality is really good on this TV, I love watching you tube videos, and music shows on Netflix. It all sounds really good. I watch a lot of Marvel movies on Disney and it a really good picture/sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV, the picture quality is great. The black levels are really good for a Qled TV. It has great contrast and the mount keeps it very flush with the wall. I love this TV and would definitely recommend.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it has worked perfectly the whole time. I have called for technical support a few times and their staff are fantastic with solving any problems that I had. I will buy Samsung again in the future when I decide to upgrade to a bigger TV!
