Samsung baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my tv. The picture is crystal clear and bright! The Apple TV remote turns the tv on by pressing menu so I don't have to constantly use two remotes. The sound is as good as can be! People speaking is just as loud as sound effects! It is mounted on my wall and looks amazing! I recommend this tv to anyone wanting one! Samsung is most definitely the way to go!

Would of gave it 5 stars but A&E

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just bought it a few months ago. It has nice features but some can be improve. controller for tv isnt comfortable. Button feel on controller feel stiff and hard to push the right button. app A&E make my tv crash everytime. I was going to call samsung because of that. Because I just bought it and just started to use the features and apps. A&E app made my tv go black. I was scared because the only to stop the black screen was to turn my tv off everytime it does that.

This tv has great fun features

I came across this samsung tv and wow this just made watching movies and shows so much fun. The screen is clear, the sound is great. So many options to choose from, Samsung plus tv, netflix,YouTube…. Thank you for creating this wonderful tv.

Not bad for the price, but no Hulu App

the image quality is good for the price. the overall experience is good. but we mostly use streaming services. i had a 42" samsung before, that didn't have the hulu app available. we bough this one because it had the app logo in the box, instead of other brand of similar quality and price. for our surprise, it had almost all the apps we use, except hulu. we have the app on our phones and tables and we can stream it to the tv, but the whole idea on buying this tv was not having to do that. other than that, i wish it had some analog connection for dvd players and audio receivers. it only has 2 hdmi and one audio (optical) 1 usb port and one lan port.

Javier: Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to find the Hulu app. First, please make sure you are running the latest firmware version (ver 1401.7) Software updates are regularly released for Samsung products. If possible, you should always update to the latest version to make sure that your device is the best it can possibly be. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. If your app is not available on the home screen, you can search for it and install it. - Press Home, then select the Apps icon - Navigate to the top and select the Search icon (magnifying glass) - Type Hulu in the search bar and install the app Note: You may need to cold reboot the TV for Hulu to load this version (5.3.262) To cold reboot the TV: While the TV is on, press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and then back on. This product is just phenomenal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I loved my TV so far I use it for gaming and streaming my wife use it for streaming and even listening music. It has a great illumination, the display is super crisp and vivid colors and streaming at 4k is just astonishing specially with good CGI movies and even natural documentaries due to suge great colors it involves you even more on what you are watching. Definitely would recommend for people to upgrade into this TV it is exceptional. Pairing it with your devices is just easy and with Samsung smartphones is super simple to project your screen and if you have to leave resume quickly on your device.

Amazing TV!! Couldn't say anything negative about

Absolutely the worst TV I've ever experienced

this tv fails miserably at the one thing its supposed to be good at being a tv! this thing constantly fails to connect to our wifi network when literally every other device in our house is working fine. sometimes it will even connect to our wifi just fine only to drop the connection right in the middle of us trying to watch a tv show or movie. i'll try to open an app and it just immediately closes, reboot the tv and the issue still persists. i've been hoping for a software update for this tv but there hasn't been one meanwhile we're stuck with a mostly useless tv. this is most definitely the last samsung product we will ever own. this tv has been way too frustrating for us and i am certainly not going to maintain any level of loyalty to a brand that ships out broken products.

Plug it in and it does the work for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung TV, not only can I stream from my S10 to my TV, but it literally asks me out of the blue when at home without looking it up. Usually you have to take time to setup your TV, not with Samsung, it does most of the work for you.

Alittle dissappointed

we were looking for a new, larger than we had smart tv to pick up all of the streaming services. we got this tv after looking at several and it is a good tv for the money but.... the controls to monitor the bright and dark is very limited. we have watched seveal movies that have some dark scenes and we have come to realize that some of the scenes are so dark that we cannot even see what is going on. very frustrating. the settings are set where you cannot change them with a ‘slide bar' so to speak. we have taken it off of the “standard” setting to “dynamic” and while that helps a bit when the scene changes to an out door setting it is way too bright. so... take this into consideration if you are looking at one of these tv's.

Great buy

It's even more awesome when we watched the horror movie Friday the 13th we saw little detail we had not seen before you know with regular television.
