[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this TV after spending many hours searching for the "right" tv for my space. With my season football tickets being held off this year I just knew I needed something to give me a great picture and realistic feel; tricking me to believing I am still there! I AM SO HAPPY I WENT THIS ROUTE! My Samsung is the third brand of TV I have in my home but is by far the best in picture quality and clarity. I stream my television service and the setup was streamlined and so easy with the SmartThings App. I will definitely be upgrading the other rooms when I can!

great picture on this tv, however! the software is awful, layout of apps on home screen are awful and i've not yet found a way to move apps or delete apps i do not want. remote is not user friendly at all, needs backlit keys. placement of small keys which often get hit by mistake and you end up somewhere you don't want to be. they are hard to find with no backlighting. also, airplay is buggy and often won't work or hangs up. resulting it many shut downs and restarts. no chromecast to download and use that i've found. chromecast is generally more reliable on my other tv's. i'd not likely recommend this tv to anyone based on the software and remote. even though it's a great picture i'd not buy another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch our television every day. Most days, it's on constantly throughout the day. The picture is big, brilliant, and clear. The color quality is excellent, well-balanced and needs no adjustment. The screen is clear and fills the screen vertically and horizontally. This was an excellent investment in our viewing pleasure. We paired it with a Samsung Surround-Sound system and no longer spend a lot of money going to the movies. Samsung TV's are just well-made, durable, and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm usually a VIZIO type of guy but this time decides to go with Samsung. Oh boy, was this the right decision!! I've never seen a picture so clear. The home menu is easy to navigate through apps. The speed in which it goes from app to app is amazing as well. I also love gaming on this TV because it brings everything to life. I'm definitely looking to upgrade my living room TV to Samsung in a month or two. I will never buy another brand TV other than Samsung from now on. Thanks Samsung!!!!! :)

It is easy to use, offers free Samsung channels and technical support when needed has been helpful. Good picture and sound, would recommend this product.

And this TV was a latest product from Samsung in the yesr 2021 and when turned on in products own description about product in settings it states the TV. Uses software from 2016 and this is supposed to be the latest from Samsung. ??!!!

As far as a Joe six pack looking to just buy something to watch Netflix on it's just fine. I know it's entry level but black levels should be improved as a basic feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our TV is used for streaming and gaming. Overall, the picture quality is nice. The internal speakers are pretty good but we use a sound bar. The issues I have with this model are 1) In dark programming there is a visible, stuttered motion trail that is very unnatural and distracting. It looks best with bright program material. 2) The power button/controls on the bottom center of the frame are pretty useless. 3) Due to #2, when the TV freezes I have to pull the power to get it to work, which used to happen fairly frequently. 4) The remote is not friendly - the transport controls are very small and at the bottom. Also, there is no bluetooth button! You have to navigate through many pages through the settings to connect/disconnect headphones. I like the TV but the LG I had before this was much more user-friendly. I realize Samsung makes much nicer TVs but the I'd be reluctant to commit to an upgrade without knowing these issues would be addressed.

i love this tv. at first i didn't like how everything looked so real, like your there with them filming, but i got used to it fast. it is the perfect size for my living room. the one thing i do not like is i have to turn the tv volume up to 38 just to hear it clearly. so i have my sound bar hooked up so i don't have to use tv speaker. i definitely recommend this tv.
