Bad Picture

samsung is the only brand of tv's i buy. i've never had a single complaint until now. my 8 year old plasma had a much better picture than this new 4k uhd? even after buying new 4k-8k hdmi cables, following picture quality “optimum” settings, and all the troubleshooting tips, the picture is too dark to watch. when you raise the brightness and contrast, it gets fuzzy? i'm frustrated and disappointed with everything about this tv. the remote design is horribe! i've never had a samsung tv dissapoint me. this particular 65” crystal 4k uhd hdr tv is junk! my old dlp tv had a picture better than this!i have come to expect much better quality from samsung. disapointment is an uderstatment with this product...

Brad: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Manually adjust the Brightness and other settings. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Love all the features and the interface

It's A Dream Come True

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. It has the most crystal clear picture I've ever seen the color is so dynamic it looks as if you could walk right into whatever you are watching at the time. The sound quality feels like you've entered a theater, so incredible.

Good Tv

The sound on the tv is much loader then expected with out having any sort of sound system. I sometimes have issue with it connecting to the internet and playing apps that i have downloaded. I am not sure if that is the wifi or the TV. Overall a good tv for the sound and quality of picture.

Great TV, Bad Sound

we lovevthe tv. great picture and samsung tv is very convenient. the only reason i fidnt give 5 stars is because the sound is terrible. no depth and sound tinny. i bought a bose soundbar to have good sound. my previous samsung lcd had a great doubdbar built into it.

Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound and picture are great. Only thing is the live tv connection I have hooked up isn't as clear as I'd hoped. This may very well be due to the cable box service that I have, but I'm just not sure. Other than that no complaints and overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Samsung issue remains

i have read plenty of forums and read a lot about this samsung issue that these tvs have. the tv is excellent when it comes down to picture and viewing but i have had too many times where it loses signal from the wireless router! this is very annoying when you want to simply come home and watch tv but have to keep resetting the connection.
