(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this tv about 2 months ago. I've been getting happier with it by the week….until yesterday. I started getting black lines and flashes inwards from the edge of the screen. I'll keep you posted on how this progresses, but this is my reason for dropping to 3 star from what was going to be 5 star. I love the picture, great remote, easy easy easy to use, set up and get going. But I'm very leery now. Signs of early failure. Bummer. Too bad. It's a nice tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV renders crystal clear images and everything works as advertised. TV has no defects or issues since purchase back in September. Remote was responsive and clear to navigate. Sound quality is clear as well. Would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a higher end Samsung in my other home. We just needed a basic tv at my camp. I LOVE the Samsung menu of channels for tv without cable. You really don't need a cable box for anything else. Just cable hookup to stream FUBO(for everything Sports), Netflix and Prime. Perfect setup. I'm giving 4-Stars because, apparently, Samsung TVs and Frontier Communications don't communicate wirelessly. So I needed a cable to go TV to router. No one at Samsung could figure it out so I bought a cable and tried that. Works like a charm!

samsung is the only brand of tv's i buy. i've never had a single complaint until now. my 8 year old plasma had a much better picture than this new 4k uhd? even after buying new 4k-8k hdmi cables, following picture quality “optimum” settings, and all the troubleshooting tips, the picture is too dark to watch. when you raise the brightness and contrast, it gets fuzzy? i'm frustrated and disappointed with everything about this tv. the remote design is horribe! i've never had a samsung tv dissapoint me. this particular 65” crystal 4k uhd hdr tv is junk! my old dlp tv had a picture better than this!i have come to expect much better quality from samsung. disapointment is an uderstatment with this product...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Offers cool features (including apps built in, an internet browser and FREE channels) with an interface that is intuitive and not overwhelming. It would be easy to get lost in the choices / options but the menus seem easy to navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. It has the most crystal clear picture I've ever seen the color is so dynamic it looks as if you could walk right into whatever you are watching at the time. The sound quality feels like you've entered a theater, so incredible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv was my first Samsung. The picture on the tv is very clear. The sound on the tv is much loader then expected with out having any sort of sound system. I sometimes have issue with it connecting to the internet and playing apps that i have downloaded. I am not sure if that is the wifi or the TV. Overall a good tv for the sound and quality of picture.

we lovevthe tv. great picture and samsung tv is very convenient. the only reason i fidnt give 5 stars is because the sound is terrible. no depth and sound tinny. i bought a bose soundbar to have good sound. my previous samsung lcd had a great doubdbar built into it.
