Very good

Very good tv with great picture only thing I can complain about would be the tv remote the buttons are very close together and the up, down, left and right are at the bottom of the remote makes it very hard to use.

Good bang for your buck TV

Can't go wrong with a new Samsung TV. speakers are loud enough, picture is crisp, remote is small and easy to use. while mounting the TV on my way I realized the quality and attention to detail even on the back. Will buy another one.

Low build quality, low durability

I bought this TV in 2020, it worked ok for about 3 years, then got worse and worse and died completely after 6 years use. Initially, the TIZEN UI started getting less responsive to the point that it would take 20-30 seconds from the time I pressed a remote button to the time the tv actually responded. Then, the TV developed a black bar at the bottom, which miraculously went away after leaving it unplugged overnight. Finally, the screen died after 6 years, out of warranty, and it never turned on again. Pretty short life for an electronics device that has no moving parts and sits on a wall untouched all day.

Terrible response

I've had this tv for a while now, it the the slowest, buggiest most unreliable tv I've ever imagined owning. I'll never buy another Samsung product after dealing with this tv.

Stopped working- waste of money

I bought this Samsung in 2020 and in December 2024 it completely stopped working. No picture. No power getting to it. Waste of money and won't purchase another Samsung.

Super slow menus and guides

So slooooooowwww. Had to turn off almost everything and the menus and guides are still slow and glitchy. I'm a Samsung person for over 20 years never again. I will never buy Samsung again after this purchase.

Dead after a year

Was a decent TV for the price when it worked. Unfortunately a year and 2 months after purchasing, it's essentially dead. It will not power on. I've tried every trick with no success. The little red light flashes, so it's receiving power. Just can't fully turn on, stays black screen. Happened out of the blue, nothing triggered it. Very frustrating, huge waste of money. A TV should last much longer than a year.

Glitching

we bought this about 2 weeks ago and it was working great but for no apparent reason, the TV volume is going crazy, the volume goes all the way up to 100 and stays there. When we try to turn it down and release the volume button it automatically goes up to 100. We troubleshooted it by unplugging it, and reseting it to factory settings and we made sure it was in fact not the remotes by removing the batteries. This is really upsetting.

Okay product, make sure you get a good sale price

On-screen set-up instructions were somewhat confusing. Also the televisions controls and menu functions are not that intuitive, a lot of start-stop/trial & error to get to correct commands. We are older and must admit some of the items (clearer & picture, better sound) are "lost" on us, so those selling points cannot be evaluated here. Overall the TV works well and provides the programming we like. Part of the pricing is for the SAMSUNG name. In the future, I will save a few dollars and purchase devices that performs just as well and are less expensive, i.e. LG.

Bad quality, software issues, just excuses…

took this out of the box, plugged it in, hooked up firestick, worked for 1 day. tv will not start up again. disconnected everything, tried hard reset, 4 hours of troubleshooting and nothing. just like all the other reviews here, big issues with software not allowing the tv to start, no hard controls to do a hard reset, just this useless smart remote. all of these folks can't be wrong, it's just non existent quality control, cheap components for a fast buck, bad support. hugely disappointed………this was a birthday gift from my son.
