[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the Tv mostly for cable Tv and streaming movies, programs. Love the picture quality. Colors are awesome. Almost a 3D look. Very realistic. Wish the remote was a little larger for ease of use. Buttons kind of small. The only real issue is with the sound. When you switch from a streaming service to the cable Tv, the sound mutes and you have to turn off the tv and cable and restart them, in order to get the sound back. A minor inconvenience, not bad enough to return the TV. Had another Samsung model for 12 years with no issues. Would recommend Samsung TV over any other brand.

this is a terrible tv. i wish i could give it less than one star. do not buy this tv you will have a ridiculously expensive paperweight. this tv will not even let you read and accept the terms and conditions saying the server is under maintenance. if you buy this tv you will never be able to watch tv or stream on it.

I do think the sound quality could be better, because I do have to turn it up at max volume just to reasonably hear it, I didn't have to do that with my Samsung 65 inch tv. I do like the clarity of the screen however. The pictures are real clear

so far okay. it is a nice picture but the sound does not match the picture. it lags not sure how to fix yet if possible. the app ( smart things?) we were supposed to use to mimic the remote control is awful. it is not user friendly. i've deleted it already. i found another one. the system on the tv to find your show isn't great either. once again not really easy to use. takes some practice. i guess i was used to roku.

this is a great tv, but the stand supports could use improvement. i had one of these that was bumped and fell over too easily. it was beyond repair. i bought another and this time clamped the feet to the table so it can't fall. most other sets i saw have similar feet, so i guess that's how they do it now. i strongly recommend anchoring the feet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has blown the competition out of the water with this tv, its affordable but it doesn't cut corners, the colors of this tv feels like you are in your own movie theater also gaming with this device is awesome it feels like you are in the game, also sports specially since I'm a football fan I'm there in the huddle, it was worth the investment, thanks Samsung

Purchased in December 2021 and it stopped working April 2022. First ever TV that has ever gone bad on me and it was a Samsung. Very disappointed with this experience and the 3rd party repair company didn't have the best customer service. Wish i purchased Sony instead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old HD TV with this Samsung and DANG, it is so much better. From the very first day the picture is like we are in the scene, whether it is a sports event, broadcast TV, or streaming movie. The clarity and depth are what set it apart in my view. We're not "gamers," so won't comment on its suitability for that form of entertainment. It was easy to set up and connect, with many options built in, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. It even connects readily with our cable service, without having to be a rocket scientist. The only nitpick is that it would be nice to have a brighter presentation from time to time. While using the setting function, some improvement is available, but just a little short of what we desire. Of course, it's unknown if it's the TV or the source (streaming, channel, etc.). Even with this minor aspect, I have to say it is a great value. We're even thinking of getting a bigger one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ads were just the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. the good: i like the display. it's clear, it's bright, and it's crisp. the bad: xbox series x says that the display is not a true 120hz. i have no way to set the dns. i'm currently deployed in germany and have no way to change the tv dns so that i can get us menus. everything is in german even though i set the language to english. the sound is weak; the bass is weaker. the ugly: ads. the tv has ads. just annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Samsung was purchased 5/14/08 and served me very well until 2/18/22 when I purchased my new Samsung TV. I couldn't believe how much sharper and clearer the picture is on my new TV. The BIG PLUS which I was not aware of until I set my new TV up was Samsung Plus TV. I couldn't believe all the free channels I was receiving. I have a Firestick for streaming, local channels by antenna, and Samsung Plus TV as a bonus. I have plenty of channels to choose from and enjoy the reception on all of them. I went from a 52" to a 65" and that was one of the best decisions I have made. I have never been wrong in purchasing Samsung products (TV, Washer, Dryer).
