Major upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Admittedly, I haven't owned many smart TVs; however, I must say this TV is so easy to use, with great picture, and awesome built in features. I love having Netflix and Prime Video a single click away. I have always bought Samsung products, and will continue to do so.

This is a great TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching mostly live sports and nature. I also do a fair share of gaming. The next gen systems that are currently available look magnificent on this TV. Deep colors and wonderful graphics. Live sports look amazing and the detail that you can see during live programming is incredible. Watching nature is my favorite and even though most shows do not broadcast in 4K it still looks amazing and if I stream 4K video it almost looks like I am sitting right there. I also love the ease of using the Smart View feature with my Samsung phone. This TV for the price was an offer I could not refuse and I'm glad I didn't ignore my gut feelings. Only downside is that the TV needs more than 2 HDMI inputs.

Clear picture and good sound

We also have a Samsung sound bar and woofer, DVD/Blue Ray player, and tablet that connects with our TV. All work well together, giving us a good movie experience. I'm pleased with my purchase

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Tv for 5 months and everything works great, but the volume sometimes is quite at the beginning of some Netflix shows. But it is still a great Tv at a great price. I would recommend it for other users.

TV that I bought last year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new TV and now Samsung is flagship brand at most retailers so I looked at a few different models and saw one that met the few things I needed and have loved it since then. One thing I like about this TV is that it automatically labels the inputs to what the device is that connected to that input, another thing would be the free television app because cable is really expensive and even more so if you're barely ever using it.

This tv looks great in my house

I never have any problems, all my friends and family love it. Definitely got great feed back, and i dont think I'll ever get any other brand then this one.

Loving my new Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite feature is being able to directly cast from my phone or ipad to the TV. Super simple to set up and use. Additionally, all the apps are easy to access and the remote is pretty intuitive when you try and navigate each one. I am contected directly with an ethernet cable to my router so there have been zero issues with my connection. Color is great as well. Only regret is that I didn't go BIGGER!!

Works great, easy to set up, works with Apple TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well with my Apple TV. I was able to set it up quickly and my Samsung profile has all my settings from the prior TV. Very quick set up, no brainer. The Apple TV set up just worked. I now only use the Apple TV remote to interact with the TV. Sometimes I only use my phone.

Works basically OK but is too dark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Worked right out of the box, ARC works well.Cons: Really, really too dark and there is periodic blankingI was happy when I plugged it in for the first time and put it up. I did set it up at night, unfortunately, so I didn't notice that it's basically unusable for detailed dark images when there's a window open, even if the light is indirect. I wish there was more of a brightness range. The machine control between my receiver, AppleTV, and Playstation 4 pro works really well. There is periodic blanking, but I can't quite tell if it's because of the TV or another part of my setup.

You may also need to manually reboot your TV after the update by either unplugging the AC cord or by pressing and holding the power button on the remote until the TV powers off and back on. Meh

only but big down fall is when i want to stream something a day later i have to reset the tv by holding down the power button on the remote for a few seconds. guess the tv cant stay attached to the router to keep an internet connection over a few hours while its off. oh well, ill have to live with it i guess..
