[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty impressed with the 58” Samsung TU7000. It was very easy to set up right out of the box. Being able to hide the cords by running them down the stand really kept the area looking clean and neat. The colors are vibrant and the TV has a very life-like picture quality. The remote is awesome. The layout is easy to use. Having dedicated buttons for Apps like Netflix and Prime make it easy to watch shows. The TV reacts without lag to opening the apps which is very appealing. The TV also has a small bezel allowing more screen for viewing. Enjoying the Samsung TV

When I got it home it was even more vibrant and clear on picture! The smart things app and the ease of set up was amazing! Love this tv and would definitely recommend!

I just renewed my Sam's membership, so why not upgrade my TV? I went from a 40 inch to 43 inch, so not a huge size difference (and the super thin frame only added maybe an inch on the side and top, so my cute gallery wall wasn't messed up from the larger TV), but the 4K is awesome! Even better, my Vizio sound bar I got a year ago sound so much better than my old Samsung TV. Something about HDMI and Audio Return Channel over the optical audio...whatever that is, my boyfriend hooked it up! Part of the reason I wanted this TV was the remote had Hulu on it. Well, nope, the pictures are wrong, it's some Samsung app and when you turn on the TV it goes directly to a news channel and I am already depressed enough with what the world is going through now. The interface is clunky, slow to respond and then Hulu just won't work now. So I invested in another AppleTV - this one 4K since I have an older version that predates 4K. The interface still tries to take over though. I like that I can now have my Echo Dot turn the TV and sound bar on and off. So other than a bad interface and the fact that my order went to the wrong Sam's Club, I'm happy with my purchase. This is my third Samsung, but first smart TV, but nowadays they are all smart, so still sticking with the AppleTV.

Screen failed/blacked out after 3 months of ownership, still had audio! Screen was replaced under factory warranty but only after 8 days of downtime. Fortunately I had an older backup TV I could use while waiting, otherwise I would really be upset.

This TV is awesome. Picture is exceptional, sound quality is very good coming from a plastic box. Setup to my SmartThings account was pretty simple My beef is with the software and apps. While some might like the plethora of built in and "default" apps, I don't! I want a choice of what apps to have installed and once I loaded Plex and Spotify, the RAM space is full and I am no longer to add apps. The system won't let you remove hulu, disney+ or any of the others. This is a MAJOR shortcoming in TV and had I known this, may have led me to purchase a different brand. I still recommend it but only because the TV features are so good.

We got this Samsung, because the older Samsung in our living room is still going strong and the picture is still great. But this new Samsung doesn't measure up at all. We had to play around with the picture settings quite a bit, and now the picture is pretty fair (but still not as good as our older Samsung). The worst thing though, is the home screen. We don't have cable or any kind of dish tv anymore; we subscribe to YouTube TV. We added the YouTube TV app to the home screen line-up, but by default it went to the far right end of all the icons. We also use Prime TV, and once in awhile the regular YouTube. So those three are the only ones we care about. I looked up instructions online, how to remove unwanted apps from the line-up. It said to go to settings, select the app, hit the down button, then choose delete. When I try that, I get a pop-up notice saying that the lineup of apps that came with the tv can't be deleted. So.....there is also an option to 'move' them. I tried that as well. I moved the three apps I watch to the front. But then when I click back to the home screen, there they are still in the ORIGINAL order. Basically, I hate navigating this stupid screen. And what's worse, is every time we turn on the tv, the 'Samsung tv' channel defaults to on. We checked out the whole channel lineup for the Samsung tv app, and there is nothing we want to watch there. It's just a bunch of poor substitute clones of other better channels available with other, better services (such as YouTube TV). The fact that the Samsung channels are all free should tell you something. Bottom line, we'll keep the tv because we live in the boonies and had it shipped. It's 110 miles to the nearest store to buy a tv. We actually also ordered the 65" in this same tv (for another room in our basement), but it came with the screen crushed at the top. So we are sending that back, and not getting a replacement. For that room, we'll look for a Roku TV instead. We already have a Roku tv in one of our bedrooms, and we love that home screen. You can add or take away any apps that you want on the home screen, and it's way more straight forward to navigate. Ok, that's it. Sorry for the long review, but this tv is not at all what we'd hoped for. We'll probably end up getting one of the little usb roku players for it, so we can use it that way instead.

Picture and sound quality is great but I have to look at 13 worthless apps I can not delete or move off the home screen. Sad that companies force crap on you that I would never ever use. Even the remote has Netflix and Prime buttons that just get in the way. I don't use those pathetic apps! Is there any good quality TV companies that thinks about the consumer first and letting them make their own decisions of what apps they would use? Next TV will definitely be a different brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit has volume issues. About once a month the volume shuts off. Hopefully it's ok now after calling Samsung tech. Had them shut off the Anynet feature. Read on line that it's a problem for a lot of Samsung units.

For the size of my TV, it performs like a big screen. picture, sound and clarity is spectacular. I have been a Samsung TVs for more than 20 years and every time I change a TV in my house, it is better and technology used on them it is the utmost. Best part it is a minimum of 10 years that i keep my TVs. Thank you Samsung for such a quality and performance
