Great picture and sound quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Samsung product purchase... safe to say I might only be buying Samsung moving forward. This product has not disappointed. From it's amazing screen quality to its amplified sound. This purchase has been one of the best purchases I've made this year. Something good has come out of 2020 at least. In comparison it other brands I've bought (Sony, TCL, Hicense, LG) this one knocks it put of them park. Hands down only buying Samsung from here on out!

Great while it lasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watched TV. Streaming and watching cable TV. Also used for you tube. The picture and sound was good. Therein lies the problem the TV lasted just past a year. The factory warranty expired before the screen went black...

Please know that your TV is backed by a 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty, including authorized repair for manufacturer defect, if purchased brand-new directly from an authorized seller. If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue; is the most common problem when there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it outputs to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Please give us the opportunity to assist you by contacting Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Functionally useless TV -- 2nd review

this tv does not work. insanely slow and laggy, constantly have to unplug and replug to get things to work, excruciating waiting for it to switch between apps and connections. soundbar that pairs with it finds new and exciting ways to not connect to it all the time. my other samsung that's 10 yrs older works so much better. piece of crap. terrible ui

Pretty Screen But it Flickers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv and was so happy with the quality of the image. Unfortunately the screen would occasionally flicker quickly, like a little flutter. It happened on every input. I googled and found others who said something similar and attributed it to eco settings. I disabled all of that and it still happened. Due to flickering I ended up returning the tv. While packaging back up I also noticed that the body of the tv was just a light cheap plastic. The back of the tv actually tried to snap off. I squeezed it back together. I loved the image but the flicker and the body weren't worth it.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this TV. Sharp, clear picture. setup was easy. Still getting used to all the details of use. Wish there were a printed manual. I had always used Roku, and it is taking some getting used to , but I am starting to get the hang of the Samsung system. This set has 2 HDMI inputs. I wish it had 3, but I am willing to give up some things for the picture quality and flexibility in other areas. Overall I would highly recomend this particular model. The price and value is well worth it.

This product is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the the TV for pretty much every thing, such as gaming, movies, YouTube, etc, my only thing is that it's does not have Samsung plus (and I I've look but nothing), and when it comes to apps it's pretty limited because except for simple things like Disney plus, Netflix, YouTube, screen mirror ain't much to do in app store. When it comes to setting like pictures I say it's kind of basic could have more if I'm honest sometimes the colors are much brighter than it should, but for what it has it's great, the display is fluid you can also feel de 60hz when watching anything, it really changes the experience to another level to be frank. Everything I say is not to take away credit because sincerely the TV is awesome and I love it plus it changes the experience in so many ways plus I do recommend it.

Product good user interface.

Also sometimes tv gets stuck and little slow but overall,love the experience. I would definitely buy more Samsung tv. The picture quality is a bit dark at times but color is better than most.

Love this TV!!

Great Experience and it works w/Alexa & Harmony

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy this TV for daily OTA shows and news. Mostly I watch streaming HULU+ programing and blockbuster movies.. It's linked to my Yamaha soundbar for better audio with deeper bass. It would be very helpful if a basic web browser (Puffin) was included. Samsung phone casting is a snap. Very nice television. Forget the rest and buy the best ...SAMSUNG!

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price! The biggest problem we had was to connect it to our Telus Optix box, but it turned out that the box was too old for 4K! But they sent a new one, and everything is working fine. The Optix box was much more of a problem than the TV, which worked immediately and beautifully. We mounted it onto our wall and it's perfect. The remote is also very intuitive, which I appreciate.
