My only complaint is sometimes when it's been on NetFlix or another app it's hard to convert it back to basic cable, Like it doesn't Read the cable box. I'll admit it may be user error but I've done everything the manual said to do. The only way I can get it to work is unplug the HDMI cable and go through the process again.

The trim is very smooth and sleek and looks very aesthetically pleasing and modern, in the home, I love to use this TV for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon video, YouTube, Disney+, and so much more! It has tremendous speed for streaming and the software design is very easy to use. The universal remote is wonderful and easy to use once you get the hang of where everything is. You can customize your smart hub section and I love that! The TV speakers are great however I already have a sound bar and sub in my room. You can do so many things on this TV making it so versatile and that is amazing to me. The only con to this TV is the power chord is on the left side of the TV while the other inputs are on the right, not a very good design when trying to hide chords in the wall or tying them together. Overall a wonderful TV and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

The picture is so vibrant and so clear you can see every detail of everything in screen. I like rge built in app buttons on the remote control very easily accessed. The television comes on quickly once you press the power button. The settings on the television are great no matter which one you choose. Its a great television I would like to buy more soon. I think It would be great if I could win the sound bar it would be like the movies for me and my grandchildren. Samsung you make great awesome products. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i just bought it a few months ago. It has nice features but some can be improve. controller for tv isnt comfortable. Button feel on controller feel stiff and hard to push the right button. app A&E make my tv crash everytime. I was going to call samsung because of that. Because I just bought it and just started to use the features and apps. A&E app made my tv go black. I was scared because the only to stop the black screen was to turn my tv off everytime it does that.

i own the same tv in a 43 inch and i love it so when it was time to buy a new tv for my living room this was the first choice. i bought the 55”. first one i bought i returned 2 days later. tv had a very slow response to remote. the hulu, disney+, prime video apps wouldn't open and others kept logging out. one of hdmi ports didnt work. 2nd one i've had about 2 weeks and hulu app never opens! i always have to unplug tv to reset it. also keeps logging out of apps. im quite disappointed. returning it today.

after the first 24 hours the screen went to a red solaritized image. i turned the tv off and unplugged it for 10 seconds, then turned it back on. so far so good, i just hope it doesn't do it after the 30 day return is up! other than that, you definitely can tell when you are not on an hd channel, blurry!

A key feature that I look for in a tv is 4k and the tu7000 delivers with and stunning crystal clear image. Not to mention the HDR this tv offer. The colors look bright and vibrant which I am very happy about. I also enjoy all the streaming services this tv offer like Disney plus and Netflix. This tv is a must have and would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this one for a few weeks now after my old Vizio gave up the ghost. So far so good. Like having a movie screen in our downstairs lounge. Only complaint is the UX when you turn it on. There are too many things going on with too many visuals to know what is selected. Big pro – bluetooth connectivity to my stereo is seamless. (now I just need to sell my old sound bar). Had no desire to spend 4 digits on a TV. So this was a perfect solution at a good price.

The clarity is superior and the colors are crisp. The entire viewing experience is far superior than what I was accustomed to. Prior to deciding on the Samsung, I researched brands and models against price and concluded that Samsung gives the most for the cost. I am glad to say that I was proven correct.
