It works

we have 2 samsung tv's and to be blunt a couple of competitors products over the years always failed and gave problems. this is the first foray into a samsung tv and i love the experience thanks. this is the baby the other is near 2x the size. only one gripe is samsung needs a quick online video showing how to use samsung tv controls like changing sound etc. for real perfection.

Excellent picture. Nice Features

Although the LG was only 3 years old its a world apart in picture quality as well as sound Being in my late 60s and yes, sorta hard of hearing, the Samsung sounded clearer and better defined. Easily accessible Apps makes Firestick all but useless. Thanks Samsung

65 in Screen

The picture is clear and the screen is perfect size for a sports fanatic like myself. I'm so glad I chose Samsung over the last brand I had.

Love the SMART in my TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our Samsung, however some Apps don't load which results in reinstalling the app or resetting the tv. I would love to switch all of our TVs to Samsung but with inflation and medical circumstances its on hold until our income is steady. I also love the sleek design of the remote control which makes it easy to store away during family time.

Clear Picture, Good Sound, Remote is NOT ergonomic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As for the TV itself, we are very satisfied with it. What we do NOT like is the home screen and remote are not ergonomic. The remote: the main buttons used are the arrows, ok/enter, return, guide and home. They are placed in the lower third of the remote and are tiny resulting in the wrong button being pushed constantly! With them being placed in the lower area causes the remote to be placed in the upper part of hand making it unbalanced and easy to drop. The number buttons are at the top and large yet never have used them. There are 3 app buttons in the center that are also large and not used. The remote needs to be redesigned. The home screen: Too cluttered even with removing/deleting the things that are allowed to be removed. The area where you can organize your apps is small and hard to read even when they are enlarged through the accessibility settings. Finally, make sure you watch Samsung videos on transport and unpacking. I feel Most bad reviews of issues at the time of purchase and set up are due to the consumer mishandling.

Samsung Product Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung 4K Smart TV, being from the generation of baby boomers and accliamating to modern technology I definitely appreciate the quality and excellence of Samsung Products which I find to be extremely user-friendly in navigating web friendly apps. This is my 3rd Samsung smart TV I've purchased and all my cell phones have been Samsung Galaxy starting with the 5, and everything after that have been the Note Series, 7,8,9,10 and now the Note20. So hopefully this shows ny love of Samsung products. Beverly

Perfect TV for the bedroom

I had to upgrade to this TV because I needed a smart TV for certain apps for the kids. This TV is super easy to navigate and loading apps is lightning fast! A++

Turns off and on continuously

so i've had my samsung for 2years now went to turn on the other day, as soon as i used the remote tv turned on w the samsung screen for less then a second, then the screen then began to turn soff, then back on continuously had to unplug the power cord from wall. did research stating in forums that if this happens check-out remotes batteries and replace, then unplug tv for 30 secs from wall and turn on from tv on/ off button. result was the tv would do the same thing turning off and on continues till power is removed from device. this upsets me knowing that the tv is still new..

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Great picture. Good sound. Lots of apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV to replace a 32” Samsung (nothing wrong with it, just wanted to go a bit bigger) in my bedroom. Really impressed with the picture and sound that comes from the TV speakers. Love the amount of apps Samsung has on their TVs compared to some other brands. We have a different brand TV in another bedroom that still needs to use a Fire Stick because it comes with so few apps. The only negative I would say about this TV is it looks like there's a plastic film on the screen that needs to be removed when you're setting it up. (There is a sticky film on the bezel you have to take off.) I had to google it to see and saw a few horror stories and even a video of someone who totally ruined the screen because it's something you do NOT remove! This needs to be put as a warning on the paperwork to not remove it!

Much better than maybe the K-Series(2016)...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this television as it's a severe improvement from my previous T.V. (2016 K-Series) which has become largely unsupported overall. The only major issue I have is connectivity regardless of method (neither wireless or wired via a shiny new Cat8 cable) being intermittently choppy and often freezing the T.V. only to be fixed by a power cycle &/or network reset.... both are a pain when you have growingly impatient toddlers!
