Hello Dmitriy, This mount does not center when retracted due to the two sections of the arm being different lengths. We designed the mount this way to ensure the arm is stable and does not sag when extended without sacrificing extension range.

OK but did not work for 32" samsung - only 43"

Did not work for my 32" Samsung tv but it did work for my 43" samsung tv. Directions are not easy to follow. Being universal mount that claims it works on most everything, I was disappointed it did not work on my samsung 32" which was what I wanted mounted. I swapped out my 43" bedroom samsung and the pattern worked but beware if you are trying a smaller tv.
