For the price it works great and mounting was not too bad.

Easy to install. Screws used to mount backplate on to TV were a little long and had to use a couple of extra washers (not provided) to ensure it would be secure.

So I order this mount for a 55" tv. The monut that they sent has totally different specifications than they one that is advertised in this offering. I received the mount and the weight specs are 22 piunds less, inky fits up to 55" ( good thing i dont have a 60").

I don't know what's going on with Sam's but I had ordered a T.V for Christmas for one of my boys, it was lost and i had to call and order a replacement, finally received it a week after. I had also ordered two wall mounts, one for the new TV and one for my son‘s old TV so he could also put it on the wall..something happened and one was only purchased so I re-ordered the exact same one, but they sent a completely different one a way smaller cheaper one.

I purchased this mount for a 58 inch TV bc it states in several places on this site that it can fit a 60inch TV. Was surprised when I received it and the box stated otherwise. Additionally on the front of the instructions it says, "55" MAX". I feel duped. Haven't installed it, so not sure about performance but I can say the materials seem to be very sturdy.

Item shipped is not the item pictured. I have tried 2 times to get the mount pictured instead I get 1 with 2 cross beams that will not fir a monitor with a 4 inch space for mounting. I cant return first order because weve already thrown away packaging but last 2 will be coming back.

Received a different mount than what I ordered. It also was used and missing parts. Returning back. I will not reorder based on previous reviews of receiving wrong item even when they reorder.

I installed this mount today for my 40" TV, which weighs about 35 lbs. After mounting the TV, the whole thing started to tilt at a very large angle. This was not from the setting to point the TV downward, but from the mount itself. It is so bad, that it looks like the whole thing is going to break. Also, the mount that I received is not the same as the one in the picture. In the ad, the vertical post between the 2 horizontal bars is all 1 piece; on mine, it is 3 separate pieces with what appears to be a very thin bolt holding it all together. I included a couple of pics with a level so you can see how bad the vertical post looks, and I put a level on it so you can see how bad it is tilt directly off the wall. I can only say that I am very disappointed in this product.

does not center fully back on center mount. it is about 6" off.
