Great buy!!!

Nice for $99

For the price, this is a great little countertop microwave! Looks good, easy to setup and install. The cautions I mentioned are 1) no backlit control pad, so have a flashlight handy 2) the touchpad is not as shown in the photo; there is only one button for defrost, and you must touch it twice to switch between weight defrost and time defrost. Called GE customer support, and the condescending rep just read from the manual and was no help at all. But, we figured it out ourselves, and now are happy with our purchase.

It is simple to use.

I purchased this microwave in June of 2024 and in November of 2024, it started making so much noise and began rattling so much that it was unbearable. I have had microwaves last 10 years before and this one basically died in just 5 months. The silver lining though was that GE replaced the microwave free of charge but I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my refund. I would not buy this model.

Takes a while to work

My control panel has no lights I can't read half of the things on the control panel what should I do

Bought as a Christmas gift for my Mother and she loves it. I tried it out also and it works beautifully.

Got it in July 2025. It stopped heating and working after 4 months. Don't waste your money its junk.

Nice microwave but returned only for space issue. It was about 1/4" too high for my designated space, so I had to return it. I never operated it.
