Great microwave. Heats up things fast and much quieter than our previous microwave.

Seems to work well but very difficult to read the settings.

Other than panel is too dark to see without a flashlight, it worked great out the box. Three weeks later I set my bacon to cook on 2.5 mins like normal, beeped when it was finished but the bacon didn’t cook. It’s done it several times here and there NOW it’s daily. I’m returning it back to Sam’s Club.

We plugged it in, set the clock and used it. We didn’t even bother to read the instructions but we did look over the hazards.

Quiet operation. The keypad is hard to see and read. It would be nice to have a backlight to make it easier to see the keys.

Keypad is too hard to read (it is not lighted). Power rating causes cooking time to be uncertain as to my last unit

Nice microwave but returned only for space issue. It was about 1/4" too high for my designated space, so I had to return it. I never operated it.

It doesn’t have extra features but it is perfect! It does the job! Small fits in the spot I have and function great

If I was physically able to return this I would. The size is fine, but it is so loud at first I thought something was wrong with it. The buttons require pressure - not just a tap like my old one.

Broke after barely a year. Read that the warranty is a hassle. Bought another one for a hundred bucks. So it's fine if you want to rent a microwave for $100 a year.
