I have no idea what the health benefit will be from these, and with most vitamins, you do not notice too much. But my nose is noticing the horrible smell from these. And overall, the taste is not so great either. Olly makes some nice gummies, but I have to rank this particular one as not so nice. And I cannot find an expiration date anywhere on the canister. Makes me wonder.

Received today and upon opening the odor is pretty strong and all 200 gummy vitamins are melted into one big blob.

Liked them just gave me some bloating. I felt good taking them just didnt like the bloating feeling they gave me. I would recommend them.

The men's multi vitamin is okay. It provides me with all of my needed vitamins but I hate the smell.

This is perfect for my husband. He loves his multivitamin as well as I do. He isn't a grinch when he takes his gummies which it's great!
