Old product was considerably better, flavor and texture as well as having CoQ10. I guess you changed it up to most likely save a buck, but now you have lost a customer that has been using your product for 3 yrs.

The daily recommended B6 amount is between 1.3-2.0 mg. This product has 3.4mg! I have taken these vitamins every day for a year and within the last 5 months I began having tingling and feeling dizzy and weak. I got my bloodwork back and I have B6 toxicity. I went to a blood specialist who said that these vitamins are more than likely the reason for my issues. It is extra negligent to have such a high B6 dosage when it goes against the recommended daily dosage for adult men. Now I will spend the next 6 + months going through B6 detox because of vitamins j purchased to support my health but in turn harmed me. This should be something the company takes really seriously before someone gets permanent nerve damage or kidney and liver failure.
