The big thing missing is being able to determine that you've taken a Multivitamin. I notice nothing when taking these that would define them as a must have item over other Multivitamin products, as a matter of fact I had decreased energy and stamina when using these gummies from Olly. I have to say they're anything but as they call them Perfect.

The Perfect Men's Multi has no Artificial Flavoring or colors added and it is Gluten Free, it also helps fill in gaps when your eating habits are not so great. The Men's Multi helps me have a great start of the day. I take two vitamins early in the morning before I eat my breakfast everyday and by the afternoon I'm ready to start my daily exercise and weightlifting routine. Before I started taking the Men's Multi, I didn't have alot of energy while doing my daily workout routine and now since I've started taking the Men's Multi it has given me that boost of energy that I needed while working out everyday and the Blackberry and Juicy Pomegranate flavor is so delicious. The Men's Multi is Definitely a Perfect Man's Source of Vitamins. I absolutely love the Olly Perfect Men's Multi and will definitely continue to purchase more really soon.

I got these for my husband and he seemed to like them but there was one issue. They stink! It grossed me out and I could smell it even after he ate them. Just super weird it was soo strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Perfect Mens Multi Vitamin from Olly is a great gummy vitamin that you take two gummies daily to provide your body with just about every nutrient that you need to maintain a moderately healthy lifestyle. The gummy is flavored as blackberry blitz, but to be honest I couldn't really tell what berry it was. They gummy chews well and does not leave a sour taste. This gummy does have gelatin in it, so I am mindful when recommending them. Great overall spread of vitamins, but it does have 4 grams of carbs for two vitamins.

The recommended dose is two gummies once a day and contains your basic vitamins A, C, D, and E, in addition to the B vitamins B1,B2,B6, B12, as well as several of your more popular supplements such as Niacin, Riboflavin, zinc, etc. There are Vitamin supplements on the market which are more inclusive, but most are pills (tablets, capsules, gels, etc.) and as such generally are taken with water or other liquid. The Olly vitamin on the other hand, is a flavored gummy. The "Blackberry Blitz" flavored gummies are a blend of blackberry and pomegranate and other flavors. The Gummies do, as stated, have a great taste, and one could easily be tempted to eat them as candy, as they are easily consumed without water or other food. In fact, there is a caution on the container with a warning against exceeding the recommended dose of two gummies and as with all vitamins, should be kept out of reach of children.
