For my age, that is a very important supplement along with the other vitamins and minerals this multivitamins has to offer. CoQ10 has a lot of health benefits like lowering blood pressure, heart health, and may help with memory health. As an older man, I look for this kind of vitamins and supplement that may help me greatly as I get much older. Taste and texture is excellent.

To start off, I will admit the smell is not great and the taste isn’t the best either. However, they work wonders. I always take them when I’m sick and usually they have me feeling better within a few days with proper water and food intake. Taking them regularly has me also feeling nice and refreshed.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Olly Men’s Multi for three years, but unfortunately, the latest version of this product has left me seriously disappointed. The first thing I noticed was the change in texture—it’s not what it used to be. The previous versions had a pleasant, consistent texture, but this one feels off, almost as if they didn’t get the formula right. While I was initially pleased that they decided to drop the sugary grains, this third version has taken a turn for the worse. The overall experience of taking these vitamins has significantly declined, and I’m no longer enjoying them like I used to. It’s a shame because Olly has always been a reliable brand for me, but this new formulation just doesn’t live up to their previous standards. If Olly doesn’t address these issues, I might have to start looking for alternatives. For now, I can’t recommend this new version to anyone who has been enjoying the product as it was before.

They are loaded with every good vitamin that we need for a healthy life. The taste isn’t like sugary sweet kids vitamins, it has a bold berry taste. You know you’re getting a true multivitamin with every taste.

Great multi vitamins tailored for men. I know being vegan some nutrients are lacking. So these add up what i would of normally missed out on. Includes a boost of B vitamins to add some energy which is kind of just a little boost nothing crazy. They have a great blackberry taste and sugar coating. But can leave a weird aftertaste which is why I didn't give them a full 5 stars and they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other brands. But I've heard great things about this brand.
