The whole process works just as they explain online. I ordered my queen bed and pillows on a Sunday and the bed arrived on Tuesday, the pillows arrived on Friday in a separate shipment. After following their instructions the bed is super comfortable and transfers almost no motion, the packaging mentions some kind of smell associated with the packing process but I barely smelled anything.. The pillows are great too, you just sink right into them. But I'm a side sleeper most of the time so I have to use both stacked up to be comfortable. The mattress keeps you cool, I used to get super hot when I slept but not anymore. I love it. This brand was recommended by a friend and now I'm telling all of my friends about it too.

I have been sleeping on this mattress for a little over a month. I it is a very good mattress for the money. It is a lot more comfortable than the one I had before. The only caveat is the mattress is firmer than what I had expected. Not a bad thing just know it is not very soft.

I WAS able to negotiate/haggle the price a bit but when you order a King sized mattress you should get King sized pillows! They are NOT My Pillow adjustable and I've quit using them because of this. The mattress is a completely different feel from conventional and takes weeks, not nights, to get used to. It is body contour supportive and moderately comfortable. There is NO edge reinforcement, the mattress moves on the foundation and has to be repositioned frequently and it sleeps "hot" despite claims. Overall a 4 on a 1-10 and DEFINITELY would NOT buy again mostly because of the outrageously inflated price! The mattress industry is a huge ripoff and would spend the price of this one for a conventional Denver mattress next time! I've given up on finding a great, good sleeping mattress that you don't get screwed to screw on!

It's a comfortable mattress and I'm glad it's made out of safer products, but it's not as amazing as I expected after reading reviews. It's still a good mattress though. I have noticed that it's breaking down a little on the edge of the mattress already too.

I didn’t know what I was missing! I used to wake up a lot during the night with aches in my hip and back from side sleeping, now with the Ghostbed I still get up, though not as frequently, but no pain and I can now fall back asleep with no problem! I haven’t slept this well ever!!! Best investment I’ve made is this bed.

I know this bed won’t be for everyone but it has worked out great for me. I have been sleeping on it for over a month now and my sleep has improved greatly. My work schedule is weird so it’s nice laying down at random times and being able to sleep. If you’re wondering if you should try it, I recommend to. Plus with the 101 night trial/ full refund you can’t really go wrong.

I've been getting amazing sleep on my new Ghost Bed Mattress! Usually a light sleeper but it's definitely helped me stay asleep through the night and fall asleep faster. Been waking up feeling more rested too. It really does keep you cooler too, especially with the mattress protector and sheets. I have lower back issues and usually try to sleep on my side. The mattress does a great job supporting my lumbar spine and hips. Even on the nights were I end up sleeping on my back I still wake without soreness and stiffness. Would recommend to anyone who wants or needs a new mattress! Amazing deal for such a great product.

we made the intial mistake of not going with a purple mattress, because the ghost bed prives were cheaper. we made the additional mistake of using a groupon to purchase it, so we cannot return the ghost bed. it is so tall, full, and firm that the queen feels small for my husband, me, and our dog; it feels like we might roll off. speaking of tall, we had to get a 4" box spring, so our dog could jump on and off, which he does all night, because the bed gets hot. my husband's easy and thinks it's fine, but bottom line, if you want a yummy, delicious memory foam or if you also get hot at night, shell out the extra for a purple mattress or the like.

We've had the mattress for about two weeks now, and despite it being a little less firm than I normally prefer, I have slept deeper with less waking through the night than any mattress I've ever owned prior to this one. The pillows are soft and very comfortable, while also providing adequate support to the neck and c spine

I was looking for a bed with more back support than my old mattress. While this was a big improvement, it’s still not quite as firm as I was wanting. That’s what happens when you order a bed online without testing it first though. As far as the quality of this mattress goes, I think it’s very good for the price!
