I was so excited to get this mattress that I went home on my lunch break, 30 minutes each way, just to make sure that my bed was unpacked and ready for me that night. When I initially laid down I noticed it was firm, but thought "hey...its supportive ". By the morning my back was a knot and I had spent the entire night tossing and turning. Not to be deterred I sent my children in, clad in clean socks to; jump, roll, bounce, and belly flop on the bed . Which unfortunately did little to soften the memory foam. Lets fast forward to the end of week one. Me not having had a good nights sleep in nearly 8 days, I had become unrecognizable to friends and family. I was up to intravenous intake of coffee and those around me begged me to do something about this. Which leads me to the biggest issue that I had with this whole thing, the return policy. 30 days... 30 days is the minimum before you can return this bed. Thats absurd. This is, with no hyperbole, one of the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. And the thought of not having a good nights sleep for 22 more days made cringe. After several calls and chats I had still had nothing positive to report...No exchange, no return, no solution other than "people who report the mattress as being too firm love it by day 90" ; maybe.... So I decided, "Im stuck" Ill keep this thing for 30 days, I can manage that. I couldn't. I travel a lot for work, 2 to 3 days a week, and coming home to that mattress made me anxious. As any road worrier knows there is a certain longing for ones own bed. A feeling of being home and comfortable, like a big hug. For me it was the opposite . I dreaded that mattress. Knowing that I would be tossing and turning and would wake up with my back and neck crumpled like every receipt I have ever gotten. It was finally time that I put up a stand. I call again, and still nothing, but worse it appears that no one has been tracking my calls and complaints. I hung up the phone and opened my computer. I order a different mattress and leaned the ghost bed up against the wall. Where it will remain, watching me sleep, until I can return it.

We have been sleeping on our new Ghost bed for 3 weeks and I will say it is pretty firm. We like a firm mattress so it's a good fit for us, the first few nights I was actually concerned it might be too firm! We went from a Tempur-pedic to the Ghost bed mattress so the change was pretty significant. It is a memory foam type mattress but very unlike most you will encounter. This mattress does give on your pressure points but overall it's super "supportive". We have not experienced any issues with temperature and are enjoying the new bed and have no complaints. If you are looking for plush I would not recommend this mattress, maybe try their Luxe mattress which states to be on the softer side. But if you are like us and prefer a supportive firm mattress I don't think you will regret trying this one out. I will update after a little more time if we have any changes. I will say the adjustable base is amazing, not sure how we ever lived without that feature!

I woke up sore after a couple of nights sleep. I'm not sure if it was mattress related or from moving into my new apartment. I decided to give it a couple more nights and I'm glad I did. I feel like I'm able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Would recommend.

I was having back problems on our old mattress and was hoping to get rid of that problem with this bed. I haven't had any issues since the third night! My wife and I are thrilled that we both get the level of comfort we need and we wake rested and ready for the day. I am so glad my wife talked me into buying this mattress.

Been using the ghostbed for approximately a month now and my back feels substantially better than using a regular spring mattress. As someone who carries weight a lot, this thing is amazing. You can actually feel your spine relax once you lay down on the bed.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected (also paid for white glove delivery), but communication via UPS and 3rd party delivery was good and w/o issues. Ultimately, the GB Classic bed is comfortable - feels more on the firm side to me(listed as med-firm), but I think this will not be a problem as time goes on. I would recommend Ghost Bed and would not hesitate to use them again!

Ordering and Delivery of the GhostBed were exactly as advertised. The vacuum-packed mattress unfolding itself was something to behold..... very fast and impressive! With the old matress I had my belief was that purchasing any new kind of mattress will be better than what I was sleeping on. But getting the Ghost Bed surpassed my expectations. I can happily say I believe in Ghosts hahaha. I go to sleep with a smile and wake up with a smile. Ive actually gone to work a little late on purpose because I want to lay down on the bed a little longer after waking up hahaha. Please dont tell my boss. Also If you like to live an active life and wake up with sored muscles the next morning most of the time. You have to get you a GhosBed, you will be amazed with how well your body rests and how well your muscles recuperate. Your body will definitely be recharged for the next day. I really really recommend the GhosBed.

The mattress (basic model) exceeds my expectations. I am getting a better night's sleep on the Ghostbed than I did on my expensive organic one that only lasted 8 years. I sleep through the nights easily, and wake up refreshed and happy. Good product for a fair price.

Best money I've ever spent on a mattress. My back doesn't hurt anymore when I wake up. My husband thought it was a gimmick but after one night sleeping on the ghost mattress, he likes it as much as I do! It's hard traveling now because hotel mattresses aren't as comfortable. Highly recommended!
