Easy to unpack and put on bed. Seems like decent quality. Bought for my guest bedroom, brother spent a few nights on it, said it was comfortable.

Love the mattress and it always gives me a great night of sleep. The pillows make the experience even more fantastic and I’m quite glad I have them.

I've had the bed now for 2 weeks and have slept great. Not too firm, not too soft. Love the pillows too!

So far, it feels as decent as our Nest bed. The real test of time will be how it feels 3 months and 6 months from now.

Bed is comfortable and maintaining its shape so far. We have not had to contact customer service so cannot comment on that.

Great bed! Very heavy/ hard to move though. Was having a lot of back pain on a daily basis and after the first night I noticed a difference.

I am still getting used to not having that Bounce I'm used to when first getting into bed, but for how well I'm sleeping there's no worries!

Firmness rating was 1-2 points lower than expected based on reviews. Price was right. Overall very satisfied !
