We ran to this mattress because a competitor's gave my wife neck pain. This mattress relieved that pain, but both of us wake up sore in the morning. We'll likely be trying other mattresses to find a better fit. It does keep you cool at night though. If you like a firm mattress and are worried about being too hot, this mattress might be a good fit.

The bed arrived quickly. I was amazed how fast it was to set up the mattress in our frame. The construction amazing. I have had other bed in a box. This one to date has been the most pleasing. It is medium to firm. I have stayed at expensive hotels with very comfortable beds. This one competes with them. The over all customer service experience has also been excellent.

Only been sleeping on my Ghostbed a little over a week and I am loving it! First night I got in it I thought oh no this is so hard. Within 15 minutes I thinking this is not so bad. Needless to say I had a great night's sleep & it only gets better. I just had neck surgery on January 24 so I haven't tried my ghost pillows yet. I did lay on one a few minutes last night and it did feel good but I still have to sleep quite flat. Looking forward to using them soon. I would definitely recommend this matteress to anyone. Buying process was so easy it almost scared me! I had been thinking about this matteress for months but I was waiting for some money. I got tired of waiting and thought I would try their credit....... Before I knew it I had bought a matteress. No regrets, so glad I did it. You also sent me a t-shirt but it was too small. We're still in our first month of trialing the mattress but so far it has been very firm and supportive of my back. My morning neck and back pains have been slowly going away since having the ghost bed. I also bought the box spring with this. It's made of all wood, but some of the wood was warped and bent in a way that when I had to forcibly screw them down, the cracked and split. Other than that, great product.

We've slept on an inner spring mattress for over a decade. Just spent our first week on our new ghost bed and it was amazing. It is firm and supportive but soft at the same time. It provides full support but without the pressure points of a standard firm mattress.

I was a little suspicious by ordering a mattress online without actually trying it out, and it being a bit more expensive than some other options. But boy was I wrong, it arrived very fast, I got to amazing pillows with it, and it was so easy to set it up on my own. After years of sleeping on cheaper mattresses (and not even that cheap) my back and neck problems are pretty much gone. I highly recommend it, and with the paying plan it's so doable. The only downside is that I'm struggling to get out of my bed in the morning:)

I was looking for a bed with more back support than my old mattress. While this was a big improvement, it’s still not quite as firm as I was wanting. That’s what happens when you order a bed online without testing it first though. As far as the quality of this mattress goes, I think it’s very good for the price!

I needed a new bed and being a bigger guy i was very nervous about ordering a bed online and not being able to try it out first. Glad I made the leap and choose GhostBed. Not as cooling as i thought it would be but over all, it is great support for my bad back and a great nights sleep.

It actually sleeps quite hot, despite what their marketing material says. Also, I can’t quite get proper mid-back support in just about any sleeping position. I will be returning it and I’m going with one of their competitor’s products made from a different material that sleeps cooler and supports my back better.

This is our first mail order bed. We are really liking it so far, just shy of a month of ownership, no complaints. My eight month pregnant wife cannot say enough about it's comfort. I'm pretty happy with it as well, not blown away or anything. It's a mattress, hope it lasts as long as our sealy did.
