I bought this bed and was so excited because I hated my sleep number bed but this mattress was worse it was supposed to be soft and I tried it for a week and woke with a back ache everyday so I finally put my old bed back ,ask about returning new one it has been weeks and still no information about how to go about returning I just get a standard email with more questions. The mattress seems to be good and it’s a fantastic price but i just can’t sleep on it

We were hesitant to buy a mattress online. Process was simple and we received the mattress within a few days. Unpacking was easy and quick. Mattress is very comfortable. Happy with our choice so far (~1 month), and if we are not within 100 days of the purchase we can return it.

My husband and I love this mattress! We were previously sleeping on a coil pillow top and we were both experiencing sever back pain every morning. After getting this mattress and sleeping on it for only a week we have seen a dramatic decrease in our back pain in the morning! And let me tell you once my head hits that lavender smelling pillow I am out! Could not have asked for better quality or faster shipping! We will never switch to another mattress we love our Ghostbed and pillows!

After much research, I decided to try the Ghost bed. Shipping was fast. Unboxing was easy. There was a lingering odor that dissipated after a few days. The quality of the bed seems great! However, I find it too firm when side sleeping. My hips and shoulders are sore. It's great for back or stomach sleeping though. It's been 3 weeks, but I'm giving it time to see if it improves.

We've got a classic queen-size Ghost bed and adjustable frame. It's fantastic, but other things not so much. The website is very hard to use. I know it's difficult to develop a website that works for phones, tablets and laptops equally well but the site really annoyed me almost to the point of not purchasing the product. You need to improve the website. The shipment tracking is very confusing in the email. The delivery came in four shipments and there were four tracking numbers but had no idea which tracking number belonged to what. The mattress arrived first and the frame arrived last 5 days later. Annoying! Now I hear they are offering delivery and set up! Where were you a month ago? We are a couple in our early 60s and it nearly finished us off to get the bed upstairs and set up. The video makes it look so simple but that is a Twin XL not a queen. The website stresses the quality of the product. Well wasn't impressed on opening the adjustable frame box. The fabric was covered with lots of pieces of wood chip. Two screws had been sheared off and the ends left buried in the board. One of the screw pieces was rolling around loose in the box. Our ghost bed has changed our sleep. We used to have a queen size coil mattress that was 15+ years old. It lived thru multiple moves, two pregnancies, and hyper children. It was time to replace the old with something new. Our backs were in such pain waking up every morning. We decided to take a leap of faith and try a m3mory foam mattress. Im so glad we did. Our bed arrived in a box, we unrolled it and let it breathe. It wasnt too heavy, and super easy to get rollin. The first night, my husband fell asleep as soo as his head hit the pillow. We got the ghost pillows as well. The bed is firm yet soft. There are no indentations after getting up. Its awesome.

I've had it 2 weeks. It is very hard. I like a firm mattress but this is really hard. It doesn't even feel like a memory foam, it's so hard. I'm told I can't return it before 30 days because it has to break in. I don't think I would have bought it had I known that. They tell me I have to break it in by walking on it, jumping on it, sleeping on it... Really? It's morning and I'm laying on it right now and my back is sore. Trust me, I don't want to have to return it. I want it to be the best mattress ever. But right now it's not. If after 30 days I find it's the greatest thing ever I will update this review.

I've only had it for 3 weeks but so far it's been pretty fantastic. I paired it with the Floyd Platform bed and it's been lights out within 15 minutes of laying on the bed. One complaint I have is when sitting on the edge of the bed to put on shoes, it sinks down quite a bit.

We’ve slept on this mattress with a ghost bed protector for just over a month. It is very comfortable and we like it. I find it to be about as warm as my last mattress. I still wake feeling warm in the middle of the night. Still, though, it’s a comfortable mattress.

My husband and I were blown away with the comfort of our new bed. For the first few days I was worried that sitting (I sit indian style on my side of the bed more than I should) would create a dip, or not be comfortable because I felt like I was sinking a little too much. After rotating the mattress a couple of times, it almost seems to be more supportive (not harder, just supportive) than it was when it first arrived. We love it!! Best choice we could have made economically, as well as for our sleep and comfort. No issues, other than the whole family wants to sleep on it.
