My husband really liked this bed, but he likes the firmer feel for a mattress. I, on the other hand, like to feel like I'm sleeping in the bed and not on it. This bed to me was as hard as a rock and I woke up stiff every morning. I also woke up sweating every night, but that it probably me, as I just sleep hot. My husband didn't have that problem. We ended putting our memory foam topper on the mattress, which made it more tolerable for me, but I wasn't looking for a bed we needed to add to to make it more comfortable for me. I was looking for something that I could sleep on without adding things to make it hotter. All in alll, if it were up to the hubby, he would have kept it, as he slept fine and said it was comfortable to him. But since there are two of us sharing the bed, we decided to look at other options. The return process so far has been simple, just waiting on the refund, so for that there's an extra star. If you like a firmer mattress, this is the one for you!

We are coming from a Sleep Number (Select Comfort) that is 16 years old. It is uncanny how incredible the Ghost Bed is! Literally, after the first night my back pain was GONE. I was nervous going into this because my wife likes a softer bed than I do, but it isn't too hard for her and it isn't too soft for me. Our perfect bed. The Ghost Pillow is pretty great too, especially since they were FREE! I'm 6'1" and 315 lbs and the side support is great when I sit on the side of the bed. To be honest, our new king size bed "feels" bigger than our old king size bed because we can actually go to the edge and not feel like you're falling in the floor, which is great when we are visited at night by our 2-1/2 year old. :) Our intention was to keep our old mattress for 101 days just in case we weren't satisfied with the Ghost Bed, well, our old mattress now resides in a dumpster after one week of incredible sleep for my wife and I. Do not hesitate to give Ghost Bed a try!

I normally sleep quite well but I've had my bed 3 weeks and it still seems hard to me. It is a twin. I'm a side sleeper and on my side I wake in the morning with my hip joints hurting. That means to me the beds too hard. Customer service said to unzip part of the covering, heated up with an electric blanket, but after the 30 days, they would give me a foam topper. I'll give that two weeks but I think I will be returning it.

I thought maybe the mattress protector would lessen the cooling effect of the bed but decided to try it anyway. Turns out it is a must have to protect the mattress from stains and the mattress is still super cool(temperature wise) to sleep on. I highly recommend it!

We have had our bed for about 2 monthsquads now. I noticed an immediate change in back pain in the morning. The bed is pretty solid so I had to jump on it a few times but is very comfortable. We also purchased the ghost pillows. They are very comfortable as well. My biggest negative is that as a side sleeper the bed is too firm and does not give much on the shoulders. The pillows prop your head up but it leaves your neck in an odd angle. I have tried using my ergonomic pillow but again my shoulders do not sink into the bed enough for my neck to be supported. Now if they would take their current pillow and make an ergonomic shape with the same thickness I think the purchase would be perfect.

I’m sure many are skeptical buying a mattress online without having the reassurance of lying on it at the store. Dont be! Order the bed to start having the best night sleeps. I track my sleep patterns with the sleep cycle app and have seen a drastic improvement since I received my Ghost Bed!

It took a little while to get to the 5 star review but with great service ghost bed deserves every bit of it. I ordered a queen and a king. The Queen expanded fully but the king had one corner that would expand. I emailed ghost bed and they sent a new mattress. Unfortunately, the new mattress was worse off. I had a 3rd king within a couple days and it worked perfect. Ghostbed donates the mattresses to several different charities that will come pick them up. It was great service.

While our Ghostbed is better than what we had, it does not leave me longing to stay in bed. I sleep well enough, but I feel like it could/should be so much more “comfortable” than what it is. We are keeping it but I don’t know whether we’d buy it again.

I recently purchased a Ghost bed after much exhaustive research. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the difficulty of moving old mattress out and new one in on your own. However, I am sure this is how prices are kept so low. I was sleeping on a 18year old mattress and waking up to daily aches and pains. After my Ghost bed purchase, my back pain is totally gone! Price was extremely reasonable. I don't think you could find such a high quality mattress for a lower price. Mattress is a little on the firm side, I already have a foam topper so this addition made it perfect. Highly recommend!

Ordering my Ghost Bed was a breeze. I ordered by phone and it was super simple. The delivery was very quick. Even though it came in a good sized box, it was hard to imagine that there was a king size mattress in there. After we muscled the mattress out of the box and the outer wrapper, it was fun to watch the mattress "rei-inflate". Didn't really discern any smell from the mattress. We both found the new bed extremely comfortable. Supportive yet cushy! Very pleased and happy with our Ghostbed.
