We have been talking about a new mattress for months. Both of us have back issues and have been in a lot of pain due to our mattress. With an impending move, we decided now was the time to buy. Sooooo happy we did! Wow. What a difference! Sleeping much better and not waking up in pain. Just wish we had done it earlier.

Easy buying process. My wife and I love it! Didn't receive one mattress cover and contacted customer service and had it at the front door in 2 days. Thanks for making it right! If you're doubting it....just go ahead and purchase, you won't regret it.

For the past 2-3 years now I had noticed my sleeping at night hasn't been all that great. From a person who could fall asleep under the kitchen table on a hardwood floor this wasn't good. I would wake up at multiple times of the night and woke up with lower back pain. I am just shy of 30 in pretty good shape and this shouldn't be happening. My wife and I decided that we NEEDED a new bed this year for sure. I posted something up for recommendations on my Facebook and got tons of responses. So many that I had no idea what to choose. I decided to go to a furniture store hear in the Chicago land area where I live and test out a few mattresses. I found one that i liked but then thought to myself all i did was lay down on each for 30 seconds. I needed something I could try for a while to really test it out. A buddy of mine recommended GhostBed. What in the He** is a GhostBed? He told me all about them, I did my research as well as my wife and after a month we decided to take a shot in the dark and try the bed. We got the bed very fast, set up was pretty easy even though my power drill was not charged and screwed everything by hand (my dumb mistake)Got the bed all together with the Ghost Pillows we got. Its been about a month or so now and really have to say how happy we are with this bed. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a new bed. It is a little bit of an investment. I love this bed, and am sleeping better than I have in years - I credit the ability to elevate properly for better breathing, as well as the cool comfort of the mattress and pillow. But most importantly, I recommend this company mainly because of the prompt, professional, and appropriate response of the customer service team when I contacted them about a set up problem - these folks are truly outstanding. 1st the customer service is impeccable, by phone, live chat or email. They stand behind their sales and products. The queen mattress is wonderful. It has improved both my wife's and my sleep. We no longer wake-up in the middle of the night. We awake refreshed with no back or shoulder pain. We are so pleased, we just purchased 2 full mattresses. It only took 1 week from store to door. Awesome! Cant wait for the pillows.

I received my Ghost Bed and couldn't be happier with the product. I sleep like a baby and I hardly can feel my partner moving in the bed. The assembly process is a little difficult and I had a piece of the foundation break, but the Ghost Bed team sent me a replacement immediately. So happy with my whole experience.

I bought this bed and was so excited because I hated my sleep number bed but this mattress was worse it was supposed to be soft and I tried it for a week and woke with a back ache everyday so I finally put my old bed back ,ask about returning new one it has been weeks and still no information about how to go about returning I just get a standard email with more questions. The mattress seems to be good and it’s a fantastic price but i just can’t sleep on it

I tried the Ghostbed because I had multiple people tell me about the Box mattresses and how great they are. Reading a lot of reviews, I was left thinking Ghostbed was the best of the box mattresses out there. I also read reviews that compared it as a much more economical Tempurpedic. Unfortunately, we tried it and it is no where near as soft as the Hybrid Tempurpedic that we are purchasing. It does not conform to us, you feel like you are floating on the top of a firm mattress. My back hurt immediately after one night of sleeping on it. I went ahead and gave it a chance though, and two weeks later and my back still hurts. The other issue is the smell. They say that the smell will go away after a few days. It has been three weeks without any change. As for economical, we just bought three mattresses for our new house from Mattress Firm. The hybrid mentioned before was obviously more expensive. However, we also got two Sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattresses. The individual price of one was significantly cheaper than the Ghostbed. Overall, not a mattress that I would recommend. Only doesn't get one star because it does what it is meant to do, it is still a mattress that you can sleep on.

I was very skeptical of this mattress and looked into a lot of reviews on YouTube. I debated back and forth between this bed and the purple. though I am sure after trying this bed I probably would have been comfortable on the Purple mattress but the firmness of this mattress that I saw in other ratings is what sold me (a Bigger guy) on it. The only complaint I have about this bed is that I find it harder to get out of bed in the morning for work. I used to beat my alarm getting up on my old mattress due to back pain, an issue I no longer have now that I am on a GhostBed. I have had this bed now for nearly 2 months and it has made a significant difference in my life.

I reluctantly ordered this bed at the request of my husband. Our other bed was due for an upgrade and really wasn't that old, but his back was bothering him so bad. So I ordered the bed. It was SO simple to place the order and it was here the NEXT day! WOW!! Like who does that?! The bed is great! We both love it! And we are actually thinking of ordering our son one! Def recommend this bed to anyone!
