I normally sleep quite well but I've had my bed 3 weeks and it still seems hard to me. It is a twin. I'm a side sleeper and on my side I wake in the morning with my hip joints hurting. That means to me the beds too hard. Customer service said to unzip part of the covering, heated up with an electric blanket, but after the 30 days, they would give me a foam topper. I'll give that two weeks but I think I will be returning it.

i slept on a ghost bed at my daughters and loved it so much I bought one. Perfect firmness for me and my husband. I love that it was shipped straight to our door. We have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and have a great nights sleep. I have hip problems and my husband has back problems a good bed helps us get a good nights sleep. Shipped promptly

My husband and I both have herniated disc and getting a good night sleep is never easy, up and down all night and when we wake we feel exhausted. Outstanding service from Ghostbed. My husband is so picky about the mattress he sleeps on and he was sceptical about ordering one without laying on it first. The fact that it got fantastic reviews, have the trial period and is made in the USA helped me sell him on the idea. We LOVE it and I must say the the surprise t-shirt was an extra bonus.

My husband has complained about our bed since we were first married. We had a double pillowtop mattress and boxsprings, and most nights he had problems with his back. He would either wake up stiff and sore or end up on the couch. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get a new mattress. He did a little research and narrowed it down to 3 mattresses with yours being his top pick. Let me be clear...I was not thrilled with the idea of switching to a memory foam mattress and I like a soft bed. Your mattress is rated as one of the firmer mattresses, but I wanted my husband to sleep better. I will admit that I was more excited to try the pillows. :) I had already decided I would need to add a down mattress pad to the bed in order to make it more comfortable to sleep on. I felt I needed to be fair and at least try out the bed for a few weeks before I make any changes to it for my husband's sake. The mattress arrived very fast and true as advertised was easy to setup. It took a few nights to get used to the bed, and while I am not usually a lavender fan, I love the smell of the mattress and pillows. Imagine my surprise! We love this mattress! We have used the bed for a month now and it is firm enough to suit my husband, yet the memory foam cushions enough to make me happy...no need for extra padding! We both find we rest better and require less sleep. This bed has been a blessing and I absolutely adore the pillows! I wish we would have make the switch years ago. The buying process was a bit ridiculous. I understand having steps put in place to prevent fraud, but having better instructions of what you needed from me would have made it less frustrating. I just happen to have everything set to my PO BOX address because I moved around a lot, so of course that's not going to match my shipping address. The mattress is great. It has just enough give to not be too firm for me as someone who only weighs about 125lbs. It doesn't warm up much with my body heat, so for me there's no sweating. I think the UPS person struggled with it in the box. The box was in pretty poor shape after having to go up stairs to my door.

We placed on queen size mattress on our bed frame and noticed it was to narrow. It was only 57 inches wide verses the 60 inches it should have been. I am giving a 3 star rating based on the fact that Ghost Bed is replacing it with a new mattress otherwise it would be a one star. I will rate the new one once we have a chance to actually try it.

First night we thought it was firmer than expected and my wife and I were skeptical about keeping it. It only took one night for us to change our minds. It just needed some use and now it's the best thing ever. It's not real form or soft and I can actually feel it conforming to whatever position I sleep. It is always cool but not like freezing more like therapeutic. I don't wake my wife climbing into bed because it doesn't move or squeak. My wife says I don't show anymore and I don't toss and turn all night like I used to. Its real hard to get out of this bed.
