Had a 4 inch mattress before I pick up a ghostbed and thought I was just getting old with how I felt after sleeping. Was sore and cranky when I awoke. But after a couple nights on the ghostbed I can't believe I hadn't got a new mattress sooner. The pain of getting up subsided and now it just hard to get out of bed because I comfortable. Ok, so first there is the entertainment value for the kids as this king size mattress is removed from a far-too-small-to-fit-a-king box and then proceeds to expand into a full king before their eyes. In fact, this cause some hesitation that they mattress would be firm enough - with clearly so much air in the foam. On first sleep - all concerns were laid to rest (literally). A wonderful sleep. Firm, comfortable, even with kids in the bed! Both my wife and I were getting back pain from our previous mattress -- and only a week into the Ghostbed...pain is gone! Cost of the bed is made up for with no therapy bills! Highly recommend the Ghostbed! (And their pillows!)

It took some nudging to get me to purchase a new bed as I was perfectly comfortable with my previous mattress, but the wife was not and with our new homes purchase she convinced me it was time to get a new mattress. We did extensive research and decided to go with the GhostBed and we couldn't be happier. It is like sleeping on a cloud. . . plenty of support, but still soft, zero pressure points no matter which way we're sleeping. We love the pillows too and are looking to buy a second set!

We love our king ghost bed! We previously had a queen memory foam that was pretty soft. I was hesitant to try the ghost bed due to reviews that it was very firm. However, it's great! You do not sink into it but it also does not feel hard. I have been sleeping the best I ever have. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I was looking for a bed with more back support than my old mattress. While this was a big improvement, it’s still not quite as firm as I was wanting. That’s what happens when you order a bed online without testing it first though. As far as the quality of this mattress goes, I think it’s very good for the price!

I bought this bed after shopping multiple online mattresses. This thing is absolutely perfect. It's stiff at first then softens to fit perfectly. It's not like a memory foam mattress that turns you into taco. If/when I get another bed, I'll be putting one of these on it.

My husband and I really wanted to like this mattress as it seemed to have high ratings by so many other people. Unfortunately, there are a number of issues that make it uncomfortable and just plain unsuitable for us. First, it's hot. We live in Texas, and it's summer of course. But we sleep with cotton sheets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning set at 72 degrees and are still hot. Uncomfortably hot. Second, the edges of the mattress are soft. Neither of us likes the "sinking" feeling when trying to sit on the edge of the bed. As the mattress responds to your body heat, you sink in, further adding to the heat factor. Third, for us, the dense foam doesn't have the spring we're used to having. For some people, that might be a plus; not so for us. Fourth, it's not comfortable for us. We've had it almost two months now and haven't had a good night of sleep yet. Finally, the 101-night sleep guarantee is misleading. If you register your bed and try to return it within the 101 nights, it's not easy to return at all. Your customer care representative will try everything they can not to have to take this thing off your hands. I'm not interested in spending more to keep something I don't like already. It's bad enough that the box spring is NOT covered with the sleep guarantee, so we're just stuck eating the cost of the foundation; but we DID expect them to honor their commitment to refund our money if we didn't like it. If you know already that you're a fan of memory foam or even foam mattresses in general, maybe you'll like this mattress. But if you're unsure and think you'll just give it a try because of the guarantee or because of the other reviews, I urge you to proceed with caution. It's not a cheap gamble for your wallet or your back.

Was very impressed with the quality of this mattress. I had my suspicions upon ordering, but was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. It is a firm mattress, but not at all uncomfortable. You can tell it's one that will hold up over many years of great nights sleep.

I love this bed. We read a lot of reviews when making our choice and saw a lot of comments that the ghost bed is hard. We did not find it to be excessively hard at all. I is very supportive whether its just my husband and I or if both of our kids have jumped in. Both my husband and I had back discomfort from our previous pillow top bed and so far this has eliminated my pain and seriously reduced my husbands. Overall we are very satisfied with the bed.

Have had the Ghostbed Queen for about a month now! It was so easy to set up, now it looks great and we get great sleep on this mattress that’s supports both my wife and I very well! Personally I am looking forward to many more wonderful nights of health promoting rest on this awesome mattress! As well as mattress I have the shredded foam pillows, and I love them just as much as the mattress. This purchase was such a great decision for my wife and I, we are both very pleased with the comfort of this bed!
