I had a pretty decent spring mattress for its time, and decided to upgrade to the ghost bed. Two of my friends have the ghost bed and recommended to me, and I'm not disappointed. It was easy to set up, and honestly I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud.

I came from a 10+ yr memory foam mattress that had lost its shape and GhostBed technology appears to be much improved over older foam mattresses. First thing I noticed is that I didn't sink in slowly. The mattress gives but has support. Secondly, it wasn't too firm like our first Tuft & Needle, which felt like a board. GhostBed seems to strike the right balance for me between supportive and soft. It also sleeps cooler than my older memory foam and has more support out to the edge which makes the mattress seem bigger and provides a better ledge to sit on. I've also become a huge fan of the pillows that were a promotional inclusion with the mattress. Best pillows I've owned. Many of the same positives as the mattress. I'm 160lbs and a back/side sleeper for reference. Thanks GhostBed!

I have been sleeping on the ghost bed for about a month now. Short review: Everything is pretty great. Shipping was fast and great. King size mattress is great. A little longer review: I'm 27 (male) my wife is 25 (female). She loves the ghost bed. She says it is the best thing that has ever happened to her. She falls asleep super fast, and sleeps soundly through the night. She is a back and side sleeper. She was in love after the first night. Me: It has always been troubling for me to fall asleep. The ghost bed did not help me on this, but I would conclude that this is not because of the bed. The ghost bed is by far the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. When I do fall asleep I have really great sleep. After the first couple of nights my back felt a little bit sore. I'm not really sure if this was from adjusting to the new mattress, or from moving all the old bedroom furniture out of the room and replacing it. We both agree the mattress not retaining heat is really awesome and one of the best features. Also, it is definitely harder to get out of bed in the mornings because neither of us want to leave the comfort of the mattress. I actually started to set a second alarm because I'm more inclined to stay asleep now. My one suggestion to the ghost bed is that for the foundation, I would have liked to see some pre-markings on where you screw down the support beams. If there is supposed to be markings, then my particular foundation did not have them. So, I measured it all out to make sure it was spaced equally. That was the only inconvenience.

Wow... im not sure what to say.. again i was nervous about getting a bed i have never laid on and tested out. With back issues i have been having.. but lets just say i sleep all night and dont get up with my back hurting like i used to.. my husband also now sleeps thru the night with no problems. Our kids love it and always want to sleel in our bed. Lol.. might just have to break down and get them ghostbeds.. best mattress ever!!!

I was hoping that this mattress would strike a balance between a firm and relaxed feel by contouring to the shape of my body and providing a firm base of support underneath. Instead, I found that the top foam layer does not really conform to my body and that the foams underneath are a bit softer than expected. I wake up uncomfortable whenever I sleep on the mattress. I provided 2 stars instead of 1 because the mattress cover is nice and there is no off-gassing smell (Conversely, the Ghost pillows I received, had a STRONG unpleasant off-gassing smell, but were extremely comfortable). I intend to initiate the return process for this mattress soon.

I finally got a ghostbed after hearing about them for over a year on the Drinkin Bros podcast. I had just moved back to the states and needed a new mattress for my bed. The first couple of nights felt a little bit stiff but since then I’ve had the best sleep of my life. For years I’ve been a guy who wakes up several times a night to readjust or have to get up an pee. I’d put up with back pain thinking it was just a product of getting older. Not any more. I’m sleepig straight through the night and waking up feeling completely rested and ready to take on the day ahead. This mattress is a keeper and after a month of sleeping on it I have zero regrets. I've only been sleeping on the bed two weeks and find it comfortable until I sleep too long on my side and my shoulders hurt. I can't sleep on my stomach comfortably either since it's pretty firm, which I usually like. It would be great if you made a mattress pad with more substance than the one I purchased when I bought the mattress.

I loved how easy it was to set up the mattress. The concept of a mattress in the bag seemed funny at first but it was worth it. To be completely honest, the mattress and I have melted into one. I sleep so much better now that I have it. It’s soft but firm.

It was all that we expected. A little heavy, but easy to open and we just waited for it to expand. Very comfortable. We are used to sleeping on a foam mattress, so it was not a disappointment. Great way to buy a mattress. I was supposed to get 2 free pillows with the order, but have yet to see them. Can you help? All in all we are very satisfied.

I haven't bought a new bed for anyone in my family since probably 2008. My son desperately needed a new bed because he was quickly outgrowing his toddler one and the mattress was probably 13 years old. My son LOVES this bed and is so happy that he has a new "big boy" bed. In fact, my husband and I fight over who gets to sleep in it sometimes if he gets into our bed. (We really need a new bed as well) My husband and I are trying to wait it out for a new bed but after buying this bed for our son it's so difficult! love it and recommend to anyone. Also, loved the financing option with Affirm. Would not have been able to buy otherwise!
