This was my first time I've ever purchased a mattress online. I must admit it was a fairly seamless process. First couple of nights I had my new mattress, I would wake up in the middle of the night or wake up much earlier than I usually do. I believe it was my body trying to get used to the new mattress and the firmness. However, it's now been two weeks since I've had my Ghost Bed mattress and I'm sleeping with no issues and waking up in zero back pain. I would definitely recommend a Ghost Bed mattress to anyone that is considering one.

So far so good. . . I have finding my nights to be filled with deeper sleeps. I'm still waiting for the 'broke-in' mattress feeling, as my lower lumbar doesn't seem quite supported and I can't find that side sleeping position any longer. But other than those small things, that I am sure will be corrected over time, everything else is amazing. Thanks

I share a bed with my boyfriend and our 65-lb dog, so I first have to say how great the king sized GhostBed is size-wise. We've had the mattress for a little over two weeks now, and it's been pretty good so far. My only complaint is that I haven't experienced the cooling effects of the mattress that were advertised and written about in some of the reviews that I read. I'm not sure if it has something to do with our sheets, the fact that we have the mattress protector, or the fact that the air conditioning isn't set high enough, but I have woken up pretty warm a few times. Outside of the mattress itself, I had a great experience with customer service. My billing address & shipping address were different, so there was a brief hold placed on my order until I could verify my billing address. I can see how this could be inconvenient to some, but as someone who knows people who have had their identity stolen, this was a nice level of security in my opinion. Once verified, I had the mattress in 4 days (and I'm sure it would have been sooner if July 4 hadn't happened!)

The mattress is extremely comfortable. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. The pillows are very supportive and I have less neck pain. The frame was very easy to put together. Bundling saves a few bucks. I highly recommend the Ghostbed.

I spent several weeks researching beds and had ultimately decided on a traditional pillow top. I was preparing to spend a weekend going around to different local stores to see what was available. A friend mentioned Ghostbed which I had previously not heard of. I had heard of the whole "bed in a box" concept but hadn't really looked into it. Ghostbed seemed to get the best reviews in most youtube comparisons and with the sleep trial period I figured I had nothing to lose. I've now had it for about three weeks. I put it on a metal platform bed. I also purchased the protector. The bed deployed itself fairly quickly. It seemed to reach its advertised height within a half an hour. One thing I noticed right away was that my existing pillows didn't feel right for the mattress. Probably just because they didn't sink into the new bed like they did on the old one. I picked up two new ones and later decided to order a Ghostpillow. You really need two weeks to get used to the bed. I'll say that I immediately noticed that I generally felt better in the morning than I had previously. Yes, the bed does feel initially firm but you do sink in all the right pressure points. I had recently started sleeping with a pillow between my knees because of some hip pain but that's gone away. I don't need the pillow anymore. My girlfriend likes the bed and since it doesn't transfer a lot of motion, I sleep better. Same thing goes for my beagle when he moves around the bed. It's a lot less obvious and for a light sleeper like me, that's great. Give it a try. You've got nothing to lose.

I ordered the ghostbed with the adjustable base. It’s amazing. I’ve had mine now for over two weeks and I’m sleeping so much better than I was before. I also got 2 if their pillows. I like the pillows but beware they have a strong smell to them out of the box that did go away after about 48 hours. The adjustable base is really nice it’s helped me reduce the snoring and in return I’m not waking up as much when I’m sleeping!

I spent weeks looking for a new mattress to buy, and reading tons of reviews. Even with all the positive reviews of the Ghostbed I was still a little skeptic and worried I wouldnt like it. But this was a great purchase and wish I would have bought it sooner. The ghost pillows are also AMAZING! Thanks Ghostbed :)

My husband has fibromyalgia and diabetic neuropathy in his legs. We've been looking for another mattress for a while and I stumbled across one of your advertisements and the man speaking in it sounded exactly like my husband. We've had a traditional spring mattress and he's constantly in pain never able to sleep through the night always would end up on the couch. Hot showers to try and relax him, massaging to try and help him just relax so he could sleepa few hours. Nothing seemed to help his pain. We discussed it and decided to make the purchase of our ghost bed and on nights our children don't kick us out of the bed we sleep soundly, just melt into the bed the ghost pillows are amazing! Everyone I tell about the bed I recommend it. We couldn't be happier with our bed and if we could buy it again we would! Best purchase with our tax refund ever!

I have only had my bed for about a month, but so far I am absolutely loving it. Best decision I've made for awhile with mattresses. I will recommend this bed to all my friends. (Which I've already done on facebook). Had to laugh because one of them asked me what is a ghostbed??? I answered it's wonderful! Also firm which I love and have it on an adjustable frame.

The bed felt too firm for my liking. Unlike another mattress I've tried, *cough Purple cough*, the GhostBed is not worth the price. Also, it should be noted that any promotional items you get with a bed must be returned if you choose to return the bed; otherwise, the full price for them is deducted from your refund amount.
