These bars look good on the package but taste pretty bad. The nuts are soft, not crunchy, and no nutty flavor. I really am sorry I bought these bars and dont know what to do with them. Maybe the birds will eat them.

These are a fantastic on the go bar. Tons of nuts and just enough dark chocolate to give it a sweet kick without making it junk food. It's a big hit in our home.

With all the options for granola/nut bars. These fell short. Got a sample today. The nuts were a little stale. It had a weird flavor to it. And all i saw were almonds and pumpkin seeds in my bar. I wouldnt recommend

I am so glad I tried this today. This tastes like a very good quality candy bar but having protein and fiber and a calorie count below many candy bars, it's even better. What a great treat!
