This lotion smells good as it has a nice calming lavender scent. A little goes a long way it can have a slight greasy feel until it dries down and is fully rubbed into the skin. I like how it has oat in it and it is said to moisturize for 24 hours it's also made for sensitive skin.

The new scent for the lotion and body wash is awful! I have scoured all the local stores for their last bottles of both the lotion and body wash so I am savoring the little bit I have while searching for a new brand. I am beyond disappointed. The new scent smells harsh and chemical like. WHY???? WHY DID YOU DO THIS???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked perfectly, especially since we're always washing our hands because of Covid 19. Left my hands moisturized and soft. The scent isn't overpowering, but I guess if you have a really good sense of smell it can get overpowering? The smell is fine to me. Anyways, great product! Glad I bought it!

I use this lotion every day. It's the best I've tried. It's non-greasy, super hydrating, and it lasts. But even better, I love the scent. I wish Aveeno would bottle the fragrance. I'm sensitive to a lot of fragrances, and hardly every wear perfume for that reason, but this subtle scent is heavenly. I wish it lasted longer.

Not a lot of happy customers from this formula. If you have sensitive skin like myself, please avoid (the new formula causes irritation). My dermatologist advised me to stay away from Aveeno products for now (apparently, not just this specific product). A friend of mine was also advised the same. As other reviews said, the quality is very low and it has horrible smell. Complaints about this new formula from other platforms as well. I'm pretty sure Aveeno there are substantial returns because of this change.

Tried a lot of lavender products but this is the BEST. A light lavender fragrance that is not too strong for allergy sufferers. Please AVEENO never stop making this wonderful product! I buy several when I need one. Thick and creamy with just the right amount of fragrance definitely not too strong.

This used to be my favorite body lotion until I ran out and had to purchase the new formula. The smell is horrible and perfume-y, not stress-relieving at all and much too strong. The lotion itself doesn't feel the same either, more greasy and doesn't soak in as well. Once I figured out that the old formula has the light purple cover, whenever I saw it in stores I would buy every bottle they had. Now I can't find it anymore and I'm on my last bottle, so I guess it's time to find a new lotion.

I have used Avenno for years. Specifically my favorite was the Stress relief lotion ORIGINAL with chamomile, oat and ylang-ylang. Unfortunately, the new formula feels different, different texture and smell and caused a skin irritation immediately. PLEASE BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK! I am so sad the company changed something that was so loved by many for years. Unfortunately, I will be returning both the lotion & body wash. Sad face.

I LOVED the old formula of the Lavender Stress Relief Lotion but I was running low and bought a new bottle. It smells completely different and reminiscent of baby wipes? The old scent was quite pleasant with lavender, ylang ylang, and camomile. The effect is different as well. The old formula felt cooling on my sensitive skin whereas the new formula didn't have this effect and felt slightly strange on my skin. Do not recommend.

I hate this stuff. I'd use it in a pinch for my dry hands, but it leaves an annoying waxy residue and my hands are still not all that moisturized. Smell really strong, which is good if you like the smell. I find it too strong, so it's an additional reminder that 'wow, I really hate this smelly, waxy and ineffective lotion.'
