The product didn't work very well, and the bottle leaked like crazy. No, I was not wearing gloves as advised. The leak was significant. Minor chemical burns for me.

This does absolutely nothing. I let it soak. I tried a double dose. ... This was a waste of my money and my time. I'm disappointed in SAMs for selling something like this. (And you refuse to accept a review without a photo - no wonder people don't bother to respond.)

Formula changed and now it doesn't work as well as it used to. It runs off the vertical surfaces like water and doesn't cling to the grease it is supposed to be breaking down/cleaning. Formula is different but it also seems to have been diluted. Very unhappy with this product now. All the recent revamps have made Sam's branded products horrible.

Ruined my grill, i barely sprayed any on it judt to see and my new 600 dollar grill that ive been using 2-3s a week since March is now worth 20 bucks in april because i thought this would help. Dont do it, if i could take it back i would and replace my grill to look better again. Ugh so heartbreaking to me

I used this product faithyfully in my commerical kitchen for years. It WAS the best product on the market. They recently changed the label and obviously the product itself. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I am on the hunt for a new product.

For 15 years members marl grill oven cleaner has been one of the best cleaners for the kitchen. In August of label new colors. And the bottels now have water in them. It's worthless garbage. This is borderline fraud and theft. It does not clean anything. Dawn dish soap is 10 times stronger. Abslout crap in a bottel. You can tell who ever said let's use this to make more profits. Has never worked a day in their life.
