This bed is great. It's nice and firm yet molds your body slightly. I like that I don't feel like I'm sinking. I finally have a bed that I can sleep on my side especially with the use of the pillow. I wasn't sure about the ghost pillow at first but I found I always grabbed for it. My only concern is that the bed will quickly loose its shape or firmness and that's because of my history with paying for expensive mattresses and after a couple months (yes a couple) the mattress would lose its shape. So far this bed was well worth the great price. The bed shipped quickly and I had it in a few days from purchasing. It was also easy to lay out. I put it on my bed before I went to work so it would have time to breath and expand to the room temperature. I would highly recommend this bed and the pillows.

Got the mattress about a month ago. took a few days to really puff up, but we have been sleeping great. We have a narrow hallway so the boxed packaging made carrying the mattress super easy. This is our first memory foam mattress and now I can sleep without my husband’s movement always waking me up.

My husband and I recently bought a king sized ghostbed and cover after much research and reading hundreds of reviews. It came in 24 hours- ship time to us was ridiculously fast, which was great. The packaging was easy to manage and it was cool to watch it expand and fill. We were hopeful it would be as amazing as all the reviews claimed. I suffer from lower back pain so was especially excited since many reviews claimed ghostbed was a lifesaver. I woke up feeling fine after the first night, but as the day went on my back just froze up more and more until I was in a huge amount of pain. It probably took a full week and a half (and several chiropractic appointments) for my body to "adjust". My husband was also waking up stiff and sore every day when he has never had any issues before. We committed to the full 30 day trial and although it got less painful it was still much (MUCH) firmer than we anticipated. We were waking up sore and went from being excited to lay down after a long day to feeling "meh" at best about the prospect of laying down in bed. I was excited to try a medium firm bed and we both thought it was easily the firmest bed we had ever slept on. I was in touch frequently with customer service who were always knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us several options including a topper to make it more comfortable- but I really don't see the point of buying a brand new mattress and then having to use a topper to make it tolerable within the first month of use. They also suggested we keep the bed longer, saying 90 days would be a better frame to judge it and that we could soften the bed up by jumping on it or various alternatives that would speed the process up. Since I could barely walk that first few days jumping on the bed seemed ambitious. After a full month of poor sleep and aching bodies we felt one month was a sufficient test for our house. We ended up returning the bed, and buying a new mattress from a brick and mortar store that we actually laid on- it's wonderful and we love it. Ghostbed's return process was fairly straightforward and easy, though the charity they contacted to set up a pick up for me never contacted me nor returned my calls when I tried several times contacting them. In the end we chose our own charity and hauled it there ourselves. It took the FULL 15 business days for our refund to be processed, which I think is a little ridiculous, but all in all we were pretty happy with the customer service. As a sidenote, I was so sure we were going to love the bed when I purchased it that we bought the cover as well to protect our mattress- I thought the ghostbed cover would be best since they are the makers of the bed. It was poor fitting and overpriced- it was also unreturnable. In hindsight I would have tried the bed first and purchased the cover after deciding to keep it instead of paying that much for a cover that matches a bed we no longer have.

Although my husband likes the bed, I have woken up with back and neck pain every night since starting to sleep on the GhostBed. I tried the bed for the full 30 day period and just can't do it any longer. When I tried to return the bed, I was refused. I am very dissapointed in GhostBed.

More than I expected. Never had a bed like it . Great for side and back sleepers. It is still spring here - the bed was warm with the appropriate number of blankets. I would buy it again. Kind of scary on line but 101 Night Sleep Trial is comforting.

Hi Ghostbed team, My thoughts of this bed so far is that is quite firmer than I had expected it to be. It might just be the fact that I havent broken it in yet and that it may need another few weeks to feel more comfortable and conform to my body. There is a slight chance that I will return it simply because of the firmness. Also, the surface has not stayed as cool as I expected it to. Thank you

At first I was a little sceptical of ghost bed. But after 30 days it is hard to deny that I have been sleeping better and feeling more rested and recovered since sleeping on this mattress. Best investment I’ve ever made when it comes to my sleep and recovery!

for all of the convenience it's worth it. the mattress protector didn't ship properly somehow but GB rectified the issue and it arrived a week after everything else we ordered. other than the issue with the protector we are satisfied with our purchase.

one of the best investments i have made for the best rest and the best comfort in the world. I doubt this company would ever ghost anyone. this matress is the best thing i have ever slept on. I will admit that I was spooked by the deal i got on mine.

I did alot of looking around on the internet looking for a good quality "Bed in a Box" and with all the reading of reviews and watching video reviews I came to the decision to try out the Ghost Bed Classic, and I am very glad I did! I sleep very well and night even being a combination sleeper. Definitely recommend this bed!
