So the bed is good. I would like to start there. Don’t waste your money on the mattress protector. It totally takes away from the feel of the bed. Also, if you have a foundation already, save your money. The pillows took a bit to get used to for sure, but they’re decent. Here’s where I give three stars... not even a month after I got my ghost bed, they released a BRAND NEW DELUXE BED. That’s irritating.

Shipping was good, very easy to open and set up. Four stars because of two reasons… It was unclear which was the top of the bed, causing us to flip it twice. Also, bed is a little too firm for my liking, and I thought I liked firm. Maybe it needs a little breaking in?

I did a ton of research before buying a bed and everything said the GhostBed was great -- firm, cool, comfortable -- except that it has no edge support. But I'm not sitting on my bed composing symphonies or anything like that; I sleep and then get up. If that sounds like you, then this is the bed for you.

Love love love this bed and the adjustable frame. The pillows are extra comfy and the sheets are cool. Can't ask for better. the only gripe I have is with the delivery of the adjustable frame from FedEx but that is not ghost beds fault. FedEx dumped the box in the middle of my driveway and left it there in the rain, luckily I was home. This is an awesome bed, even added a 3 inch egg crate topper and it's perfect now!

We bought this bed making something right away and a great bed for the price. We bought and were able to use the affirm pay which is super helpful since it was an unexpected purchase. Our friend has a king size ghost bed as well and he vouched for how comfortable the bed is and how it was worth it so I gave it a shot. We've had the bed about 2 weeks now. The first 3 nights were rough to say the least. We did let it fully expand for a full 24 hours before we slept on it. The first 3 nights of sleeping on it I was sore, couldn't get comfortable, and it felt as hard as a rock. Once we got our pillows that first night it was a lot better. Now about 2 weeks in, I am sleeping like a baby. The bed fully adapts to your body and forms to you as does the pillow. I have to say it is so worth the purchase and has by far been the most comfortable bed I have ever had. The price is great. And the customer service as well.

We loved our first ghost bed so much that we got another one! I got one for my mother in law for mother's day after she said she liked the feel and comfort of our first one. So for mothers day we purchased her one and it came with 2 ghost pillows and she couldn't be happier. Great product and even greater customer service

The whole shopping process seemed easy-too easy. I ordered a queen mattress, the foundation, 2 ghost pillows, and a mattress cover. Everything came much quicker than expected, except for the mattress protector, which lagged about a week and a half behind everything else. The foundation was pretty easily constructed, especially if you read the instructions. The mattress was heavy, but my boyfriend and I got it wrangles onto the foundation pretty quickly. We used our old mattress pad since our GhostBed pad hadn't arrived yet :( I chose this bed because it didn't require special hundred-dollar "stretchy" sheets, like a competitor. We tested it out pretty immediately, it "inflated" pretty quickly. At first I thought I was going to like the GhostBed, especially compared to our old mattress which made us wake up with all sorts of aches and pains (we're only 40). My boyfriend and I are on the fluffy side, but that didn't seem to affect the comfort. That's all the good stuff. The major issue I have with the GhostBed is that I have been late to work TWICE now, because I was so comfortable I just didn't want to get up. There's been more days now than I can count where I've had to go to work with no makeup because I hit the snooze button a few too many times. Our German Shepherd loves it too! He used to get off our bed as soon as we turned the lights off, now he stays all night and I'm wishing we'd bought the King. (Note to GhostBed: you should really consider marketing some dog beds.) My GhostBed is WAY more comfortable than the expensive pillow top mattress my ex-husband got in the divorce, but don't buy this mattress if you already tend to run late in the mornings!

Our Tempur Pedic mattress was failing us big time. I was getting terrible sleep and waking up aching. The ghost bed has been awesome. We both are well rested and don't wake up aching. The buying process was fast, simple, and quick. We were amazed at how fast we had it shipped to us. We are very enthused.

I’ve had the bed for about a month now, and it is awesome for someone who can never find a comfy side to sleep on. No matter how you lay on it. It feels amazing! I stated that the bed will take 3-5 days to fully expand and dependent on temperature it could take a bit longer. My mattress is still not fully expanded. The corner are scrunched to point and it doesn’t look like they’re going to expand anytime soon. The foundation you can purchase with it is sturdy and easy to put together! Mine was broken and I didn’t wanna wait another week or two for a new one so I screw it back together. Comfort: 5 stars Bed: 4 Stars Foundation: 3 Stars

We were sleeping on a high dollar mattress before. My girlfriend has MS and has 2 back surgeries under her belt and I am on my 1st. We desperately needed something that we could get a good night's rest on. Something that would help us with our daily morning struggles. We've had better sleep in the last couple weeks than we've ever had. The price is worth cutting our aches and pains down by half. We definitely recommend!
