When I was shopping for a bed in a box there were a ton of brands to look at, I was really worried I'd pick the wrong one. I got the critic review magazine for mattresses and this one does not have a negative review, plus the price range is much more reasonable than others. My significant other likes firm, but I prefer soft. We love this bed! His back pain is gone, and we have never slept this well together. I highly recommend this bed to everyone I know!

Who knew a mattress protective cover was such a big deal? I didn't until I bought the Ghostbed protector. The ones I've had before weren't even in the same zip code as the Ghostbed cover in regards to quality. They always bunched up and the elastic on the corners were extremely poor quality, which is ridiculous considering how expensive they were. I highly recommend the Ghostbed mattress cover even if you don't have a Ghostbed. It's worth every penny.

The mattress and pillows are awesome. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have been sleeping much better since we've had our Ghost. We went from a regular spring mattress to Ghost and it's been the best decision ever. My husband doesn't wake me during the night when he moves around either. There is still some movement we each feel but nothing compared to our previous mattress!! That alone has helped me sleep much better. It sleeps cool not hot. We put a mattress cover on it made for latex beds that breathes and is waterproof and it's perfect!!

We've slept on an inner spring mattress for over a decade. Just spent our first week on our new ghost bed and it was amazing. It is firm and supportive but soft at the same time. It provides full support but without the pressure points of a standard firm mattress.

We needed an extra bed for guests. We needed a comfortable bed, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This bed has not disappointed us or our guest. I did a lot of research and used consumer report to help me pick this bed. So glad I chose Ghost Bed and so are our house guests.

We've got a classic queen-size Ghost bed and adjustable frame. It's fantastic, but other things not so much. The website is very hard to use. I know it's difficult to develop a website that works for phones, tablets and laptops equally well but the site really annoyed me almost to the point of not purchasing the product. You need to improve the website. The shipment tracking is very confusing in the email. The delivery came in four shipments and there were four tracking numbers but had no idea which tracking number belonged to what. The mattress arrived first and the frame arrived last 5 days later. Annoying! Now I hear they are offering delivery and set up! Where were you a month ago? We are a couple in our early 60s and it nearly finished us off to get the bed upstairs and set up. The video makes it look so simple but that is a Twin XL not a queen. The website stresses the quality of the product. Well wasn't impressed on opening the adjustable frame box. The fabric was covered with lots of pieces of wood chip. Two screws had been sheared off and the ends left buried in the board. One of the screw pieces was rolling around loose in the box. Sorry for the bluntness, but I’d rather sleep on the floor than sleep on this mattress. 1st night I felt like I was going to fall out of it and that was the only night I actually got some sleep. By the second night the mattress was way too firm and concaved up. It was extremely hot and I spent most of the remaining nights either sweating or trying to get comfortable. I vowed I’d use it a complete week before I made a decision and it was the worst week of my life sleeping. Having slept in some bad areas around the world with 20 plus years in the army, that says a lot. I have gone back to my original mattress and will send this back as some as I reach the 30 day requirement.

My husband and I had been looking at mattresses for a couple of years but couldn't agree on one (have you seen some of the prices for mattresses!). We both are stomach sleepers, but we also move around a fair amount too. We were tired of waking up with numb, achy arms or with back pain. At a local discount mattress store, we tried a latex mattress that we both agreed on but they didn't offer a period of time after purchase to return the bed if it wasn't for us. So knowing that we liked the latex mattress, and feeling pretty sure that we preferred a firmer mattress, I started looking at reviews online. GhostBed, Casper and Purple mattresses were the names that stuck out most. Based on a comparison between the three, we selected GhostBed. There were a variety of factors that played into the selection: the price, the 20 year guarantee, the 100 day trial period and the slightly firmer mattress being the main ones. We are now 100+ days in and very happy with our purchase. PS - if you want immediate delivery, I think it took all of 3 days to receive our mattress after we ordered. No, we didn't ask for expedited delivery--it was just that fast!

This mattress was surprisingly wonderful when we ordered it for our guest room that when we needed to change out our master bed’s mattress, we came back here to get the same mattress just in a larger size. We need and want a firmer mattress, this is not in any way “too firm” to us, it’s just perfect! No more backaches!

So far I am happy with the mattress. We went ahead and tried the mattress because I was having bad back pain in the morning (230lbs Side Sleeper). I haven't had any pain since. My wife on the other hand who had no complaints with the old mattress is now complaining about back pain. You can't win them all. I prefer the harder mattress when she needs a cloud. Not sure what the outcome is going to be for us, but If you are a side sleeper I do recommend it.
