love the bed. It's still very firm, breaking it in. Sleeping much better. It surprised me.

Luckily it does soften up a bit - but for me I wish it were a wee bit more soft.

Sleeping like a baby!

Don't buy from Sam's Club.  They were really slow in delivery and couldn't get the delivery date right twice.  I ended up going elsewhere to buy and they are sitting on the refund for 3 weeks so far.  I have repeatedly returned the item twice and the still have not refunded a January 22 purchase.  I have disputed the charge with credit card company and now filing a consumer fraud complaint with the Indiana Attorney General

Do not buy from Sam's Club

Biggest complaint is that the top is so slick that the bottom sheets keep popping off the corners! Otherwise, I love it! I will try different sheets to see if it helps!
