Not only is this bed uncommonly comfortable, it lived up to its name by being delivered to my second floor apartment in total silence in the dead of night. It was not there at 10 pm, but had somehow materialized on the landing by dawn. No footsteps rattled the rickety staircase, no dogs were moved to bark, and I, light sleeper that I am, heard nothing to indicate the passage of a delivery person. I am forced to conclude that you either contract out to ninjas or have an understanding with the unquiet dead. The second, I feel, would be more on-brand.

Very pleased thus far with my purchase. I didn't believe I'd receive my bed within 2-3 business days as the woman from the service department told me, but to my surprise it arrived two days after I placed my order. Very comfortable mattress. The only problem is I've woken up with my dog on my bed, but slept too well to realize she jumped onto the bed!

Mattress shopping sucks. I live in a rural location, so I can't go to a shop and sample mattresses. Even if I lived in my old cities of DC and/or Austin I'd avoid the mattress store solely so I wouldn't have to deal with aggressive sales people. That said, this was a blind purchase. After a few days of reviewing, I took the dive and bought our queen size ghost bed. So far, so great. It was easy to unpack. It expanded immediately without any odor/off-gassing. It was a touch soft the first night, but after a full 24 hours it struck the sweet balance of being the firm mattress my body needs and the plush side that feels oh-so-sweet when you crawl into bed. As a side sleeper, I love it. I used to wake up 4 or 5 times a night and turn from one side to the next. Not any more!

Had an old, pillowtop mattress that I had purchased at a discount store. Over the years, the memory foam had depressions, so I bought a mattress topper and a mattress pad. Those worked pretty well, and the bed was pretty comfortable. This year, I moved, so I decided not to move the old mattress with me and selected the GhostBed Mattress King. It was delivered without issue. The box was quite heavy, and moving it to the bedroom, opening it, and setting the mattress up on my box springs was a bit challenging. After opening the plastic, the mattress opened quickly. The mattress is nice and attractive. It doesn't feel too firm. But, when lying on it, the mattress does not depress around me to provide support, as indicated in the advertisements. I feel like I am lying on top of the mattress with only points being supported. I am a side sleeper and a very large person (300 lb), so it's not an issue of not weighing enough. After about a week of sleeping on the mattress, it was not comfortable, and my back was achy. I don't normally have any back pain. After reading the instructions again, GhostBed suggests adding a mattress pad. So, I put my mattress pad on it, and I've been sleeping with it on for about a month now. It helps, but it's disappointing that the bed needs a mattress pad to make it more comfortable. I've finally added the mattress topper, along with the mattress pad, and the bed is finally comfortable enough to sleep soundly. I woke today with no back pain. All in all, I've spent a lot of money on a new mattress that doesn't work any better than my old, cheap mattress. I guess I was due for a new mattress, anyway. It's disappointing, and I've considered returning it and trying a different brand, but I'm not sure what brand would be any better.

This bed was the best decision I made since buying my house. Since getting my house I decided I was going to have nice real things that will last and that I love and this bed was a good step in that direction. I have issues with my hips and when I sleep on this I don't have any pain or problems with them. It is super comfortable and I feel supported. My friends came over and tried it out and are getting their own now too! The pillows are also awesome. I recommend this bed to everyone who asks, or doesn't ask, about it!

This was the bed my ex and I decided to purchase at the time and after a year and a half it was still the best bed I've ever slept on! So now I'm moving into my own place and what bed did I choose? Ghost bed.. can't go wrong with a mattress you fall in love with!

The ghostbed has upgraded or sleep experience since we got it. I like that my partner and I can move around without disturbing the other, and that it stays cool. I also appreciate that I can lay near the edge without feeling like I'm rolling off. When laying in any position, I can feel that my body is supported in all areas. It is a bit firmer than I expected, which isn't as much a problem as it's just something I'm not used to yet. Overall very good.

I so very excited to get this bed. I was even looking forward to giving this bed a postive review. I had. Nickname for the bed defore it even arrived. I was gonna call it the Holy Ghost Bed purely because I am Christian. Before purchasing this bed I researched for months trying to estimate which bed would be right for me and my wife. I take sleep pretty serious. I don't always get as much as I need so I want the sleep that I get to be very effective. I am 6'-1" and about 210 pounds and from day one it was just painful to my body. I typically end up in my side so that I don't snore but this mattress was terrible for side sleeping. It was just too firm. It didn't receive my shoulder well at all therefor creating a pressure point. After a few weeks I couldn't take it anymore and I was so tired from not getting rest that I bought a the purple mattress. I haven't looked back and now I am just waiting to send this ghost bed back. After a lot of research on consumer reports and reading online we narrowed on the Ghost bed as it was the most firm and had good reviews. Now buying online was a new experience but it did go smoothly. The bed got delivered in timely fashion and we also got the ghost pillows free with our king mattress!!! I do realize that firmness of bed is very subjective, but I just wish it were a bit more firm!
