Took two night to get use to it. But right away woke up with no back pain or hip pain. Looking to buy for my two sons as well.

Truly is a Fantastic bed. Haven't slept this good in a long time. And the pillows are just as great. Total thumbs up!

Bed is comfortable and maintaining its shape so far. We have not had to contact customer service so cannot comment on that.
