Purchased the GhostBed Classic king mattress and couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s exactly as advertised. The 6.5 firmness couldn’t be more accurate. The quality of the mattress is high and you can sit on the edge without it collapsing. My first impression when lying on the mattress was it might be a bit on the hard side for my liking but after the first 3 nights I slept more comfortably and sounder than my former plush mattress. The customer service is second to none and if you email them they immediately respond to you. It’s a great value especially if you can buy one during a sales event which is often. All the progressional reviews (Consumer Reports, etc) on this mattress are very good. The negative buyer reviews are baseless because like I said this mattress is as advertised and if you are not satisfied after buying one then you haven’t taken the time read the description of the GhostBed Classic mattress.

I love this bed . It’s extremely comfortable, easy to set up, and took all my pains away from my old bed . The only negative thing I have to say about it is the shipping took forever and I never got an answer why but it took 2 weeks to get my bed . Other than that it’s a great product that I’m happy with .

I've had my Ghostbed for two weeks. The order process was easy, delivery was quick, assembly went smoothly and I'm simply loving how comfy the bed is. No more pain in my shoulders or lower back upon awakening. We shall see if the mattress holds up well over time without sagging.

Good customer service. I've only had one issue with them. As for the mattress, Its comfortable. It conforms well to the body and the arch of the back to make you feel supported, and relieves me of any type of back pain. The only down side is that it is a little too firm for side sleeping in my opinion. Hopefully a little more time and some warmer weather will fix that problem.

Comes in the mail, free trial, and all that but the it's really a lot more comfortable than I expected having had a foam bed before. It's our todder's first bed and while she can't tell us if it's comfortable I have slept next to her putting her to sleep and it's great. Still evaluating but so far so good!

When it was time for a new mattress, my husband and I decided to try the Ghost Bed. We were NOT disappointed! We previously had an old spring mattress. For the last 3 years I have woken up multiple times each night tossing and turning. My back and neck hurt every morning. I FINALLY convinced him we had to get a new mattress. After getting the mattress I was so excited to try it, but I didn't want to get my hopes up since previous reviews stated it takes some adjusting. The first night my husband and I both had the best sleep we could remember! A month into having the mattress we are both more rested, and my back and neck troubles have disappeared. The only downside is we are so comfortable we NEVER want to leave the bed!

I have shoulders and an upper back that are constantly sore and my boyfriend has lower back and hip issues. This bed has been amazing for both of us. It is just the right amount of softness and support and the shredded pillows that we got with the bed are the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. Totally worth the investment!

I have a Casper Queen and wanted a comparative bed that was a King size, without the King Sized Price! I got that with Ghost. Not only was it comparable, in some ways it was better than Casper. I don't have as much issues with sides bulging or losing structure/firmness with Ghost. I have a fragile back (had surgery a year and a half ago), so I'm cognizant of being sure to buy a bed that is firm enough to support my spine, but soft enough to not hurt my spine. It's a conundrum, but Ghost is the way to go on this. I get the support all the way along my spine, whether I'm on my back (which i couldn't do before surgery - It feels so good to do) or on my side (primary position). We ordered during a great deal and got 2 FREE pillows too. They are not Ghost Brand, but they are comfy (Nature's Sleep is the brand). I would recommend Ghost overall!

We have only had it up for a few weeks so I may be a bit premature with this review. However, the review was requested so ... the mattress is much “firmer” than anticipated. We are unable to sleep on it all night long and so then we have to get up and move back to our original bed in the other bedroom. So far, it has been a disappointment but we have contacted the company and they have encouraged us to give it more time and it will soften up. Will give it another 4 weeks and then will have to make a decision before the 101 days are up for a return.
